This research aims to determine whether the physical conditions of the kitchens of the tourism enterprises operating in various status in Marmaris are suitable for hygienic design and employee ...health. In line with the purpose of the research, three-star, four-star and five-star hotel enterprises, and first- and second-class restaurant enterprises were selected, and the research was conducted. The restaurant kitchens of these enterprises were examined by interview and observation techniques in accordance with the purpose of the research. Experienced chefs answered the interview questions about the physical conditions of the restaurant kitchen they work for. In addition, to increase the reliability of the research, the researchers examined the kitchens by means of an observation form and supported the accuracy of the answers they received from the chefs. According to the findings obtained from the interviews and observations, the physical conditions of the restaurant kitchens of these five enterprises generally have a hygienic design suitable for food safety rules and employee health. The most important finding is that the kitchen was designed with expert help in all five enterprises. However, the fact that the kitchen area size of the three star hotel is not sufficient, the entrances and exits to the kitchen are not made through different doors in the first-class restaurant, and the enterprises other than the four-star hotel and the second-class restaurant do not take noise-reducing measures in the kitchen shows that there are some remarkable mistakes in the kitchen design.
Gelişen teknoloji, ulaşım olanakları ve küreselleşme sürecinin etkisiyle ulus devletlerin sınır güvenliği yapılarında ve uygulamalarında, asimetrik yeni tehditler karşısında önemli değişiklikler ...meydana gelmiştir. Özellikle 11 Eylül saldırıları ve Arap Baharı sonrasında, başta ABD olmak üzere birçok ülkede sınır güvenliği ciddi bir dönüşüme uğramış ve uluslararası sınır güvenliği anlayışını büyük ölçüde etkileyerek değiştirmiştir. Soğuk Savaş sonrası küreselleşme süreci ve 11 Eylül saldırıları öncesinde, geleneksel sınır güvenliği anlayışı genellikle gümrük ve göç denetimine dayalı olarak ele alınıyordu. Ancak bu süreçle birlikte politika yapıcılar, sınırları potansiyel terörist giriş noktaları olarak görmeye başlamışlardır. Kuzey Afrika ve Ortadoğu'da başlayan Arap Baharı’nın tetiklediği gerginlik ortamından kaçan sığınmacılar, özellikle Türkiye olmak üzere tüm Avrupa'nın sınır güvenliği anlayışını yeniden gözden geçirmesine neden olmuştur. Avrupa Birliği (AB), mülteci krizini yalnızca bir güvenlik sorunu olarak değil, aynı zamanda bir insanlık meselesi olarak algılayarak buna yönelik önlemler almıştır. Diğer yandan, Türkiye bu krizi daha çok insani boyutlarıyla ele alarak “açık kapı politikası” izlemiştir. 2015 yılından itibaren Türkiye sınırlarında yeni bir güvenlik sistemi ve stratejisi benimsemiştir. Bu yeni fiziki sınır güvenlik politikaları, yerel ve bölgesel düzeyde önemli etkilere yol açmıştır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye’deki yeni sınır güvenliği anlayışının yerel, bölgesel ve küresel düzeydeki etkileri ile ele alınan sığınmacı akınının yönetimi incelenecektir.
Öz: Tarımsal ürünlere dayalı vadeli işlem sözleşmesi; iki taraf arasında nitelikleri, miktarı ve vadesi önceden belirlenmiş tarımsal ürünlerin (buǧday, mısır, pamuk, soya fasulyesi, canlı domuz, ...canlı sıǧır, kakao, vd.) gelecekte öngörülen deǧerine baǧlı olarak belirli bir fiyat ile bugünden alım-satım işlemidir. Bu sözleşme, riskten korunmak (hedging), spekülasyon ve arbitraj amacıyla yapmaktadırlar. Tarımsal ürünlere dayalı vadeli işlem sözleşmeleri vadeli işlem borsasında "emtia vadeli işlem sözleşmeleri" altında gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu sözleşmeler, sözleşme konusunun teslimi açısından; fiziki teslimat ve nakdi uzlaşma olmak üzere iki şekilde gerçekleştirilir. Fiziki teslimat ile sonuçlandırılan vadeli işlem sözleşmelerinde vade sonunda dayanak varlık fiziki olarak teslim alınır. Ülkemizde emtia üzerine gerçekleştirilen vadeli sözleşmelerde fiziki teslimat şekli uygulanmaktadır. Nakdi uzlaşma ile sonuçlanan ikinci sözleşme yönteminde ise, vade sonunda dayanak varlıǧın fiziki olarak teslimi söz konusu olmayıp vade sonu uzlaşma fiyatı üzerinden işlem gerçekleşir. Tarımsal ürünlere dayalı vadeli işlem sözleşmeleri İslam hukuku açısından iki şekilde deǧerlendirilebilmektedir: Birincisi, mal ve bedelinin ikisinin de veresiye olduǧu satış kapsamında; ikincisi ise, tarafları yükümlülük altına sokan bir satış vaadi ve vadesi geldiǧinde satış sözleşmesini içeren mürekkep bir sözleşme. Birinci şekilde deǧerlendirmek daha uygundur zira depoda olan tarımsal ürün vadesi geldiǧinde teslim edilmek üzere hazır olarak bekletilmektedir. Ürün bedeli de vadesinde teslim edilmektedir. Bu şekliyle İslam hukukunda yasak kapsamında deǧerlendirilen veresiye ile veresiyenin satış işlemine benzemektedir. Borsa organizasyonu içinde tarım ürünlerine dayalı vadeli işlem sözleşmesi ile ilgili beş taraftan söz etmek mümkündür; vadeli işlem ve opsiyon borsası, takas kurumu, aracı kurumlar, piyasa katılımcıları, denetleyici kurumlar. İlgili tarafların işlemleri hukuki ehliyet ve temsil yetkisi açısından incelendiǧinde; satıcı ve müşteri adına aracı kurumların vekâleten işlem yaptıkları görülmektedir. Borsa ve kapsamındaki Takasbank ile saklama deposu ise; taraflar adına hem vekil hem de kefil olarak işlemleri yürütmektedir. Dolayısı ile bu vadeli işlem bünyesinde birden fazla sözleşme barındıran niteliǧe sahiptir. Bu sözleşme in'ikadı açısından incelendiǧinde, mütekavvim mal kapsamında deǧerlendirilen tarımsal ürünler olduǧu takdirde taraflar ve îcab-kabÛl ile ilgili bir sakınca görülmemekle beraber akdin konusu malın teslim zamanı depoda olması garanti olan ve satılan miktar ile depodaki miktarın örtüştüǧü oranda olması şartı aranır. Fasit şart açısından; teminatın Takasbank? kaldıǧı süre ile doǧru orantılı olarak en yüksek getiri elde dilecek şekilde faiz geliri ile nemalandırılması şartı dışında tek taraflı yarar saǧlayan; taraflar için çekişmeye yol açan; hukuk düzeninin yasakladıǧı bir şey içeren; akdin muhtevasına ve yerleşik uygulamalara aykırı şartlar içermediǧi görülmektedir. Bu sözleşmeye yürürlük şartları açısından baktıǧımızda; alıcı ve satıcının onay vermesinden sonra başka birinin hakkı ve onay ihtiyacı olmaksızın borsa sistemi içinde işlemler gerçekleşmektedir. Dolayısı ile nafiz bir satış sözleşmesi olarak deǧerlendirilebilir.. Bu sözleşme baǧlayıcılık açısından; ilk bakışta ürün ve bedelinin peşin olmamasından yola çıkarak her iki tarafın da karşılıklı vaadde bulunduǧu ve baǧlayıcılıǧı olmayan vaad olarak görülebilir ancak konu derinlemesine incelendiǧinde farklı bir durum olduǧu ortaya çıkmaktadır. Zira her iki taraf da Borsa'nın öngördüǧü teminatı ödeyerek karşılıklı olarak mükellefiyet altına girmiş olup bir taraf malı vadesinde teslim ile diǧer taraf da parayı teslim ile mükelleftir. Ayrıca sözleşme taraflara muhayyerlik hakkı da tanımamaktadır. Dolayısı ile bu sözleşme lazımî bir akit olarak deǧerlendirilebilir. Ancak bir bütün olarak tarımsal ürünlere dayalı vadeli işlemlerin günümüzdeki mevcut işleyişi esas alındıǧında İslam hukukuna uygun görülmemektedir. Bu çalışmada, mevcut haliyle İslam hukukuna uygun görülmeyen tarımsal ürünlere dayalı vadeli işlem sözleşmesinin mahiyeti ortaya konulduktan sonra fıkhi tahlili yapılarak İslam hukukuna göre yeniden yapılandırılmış bir model için öneriler getirilmiştir.
The results of the development of a focal-plane array (FPA) of the 576 × 6 format with the time delay and integration (TDI) mode are presented. The comparative analysis of different variants of ...implementation of the TDI mode in ROIC is conducted. The expedience of the upgrade of existing scanning photodetectors of the 288 × 4 format on the basis of the developed 576 × 6 FPA is justified. The result of this upgrade will be simplification of the optical–mechanical scanning unit and improvement of the quality of thermal image.
Selective metal–AlGaN photodetectors based on the Schottky barrier and operating in UV spectral range have been developed. The selective photodiodes based on Ag–AlGaN Schottky barriers of different ...composition have been manufactured, which has made it possible to improve the photosensitivity in the UV spectral range and eliminate spurious signals in the long-wavelength part of the UV spectral range. This has made it possible to develop visible-blind photodetectors with the long-wavelength edge of photosensitivity lying at the wavelengths less than 350 nm. The width of the photosensitivity spectrum is within 15–40 nm, depending on the thickness of the Ag layer, which varies from 15 to 150 nm. The proper choice of the composition of the Al
x
Ga
1–
x
N solid solution ensures increase in the photoresponse and reduction of the FWHM spectrum width up to 11 nm by matching peaks of the Ag transmission spectrum and the absorption spectrum of the epitaxial layer. The sensitivity is 0.071 A/W. The combination of effects of wideband window and overthe- barrier transfer has made it possible to create the ultraselective UV photodetectors based on Au–AlGaN structures with a half-width of the photosensitivity spectrum of 5–6 nm for the wave range 350—375 nm and a sensitivity of up to 140 mA/W. N epitaxial layer (with the AlN content

= 0.06), selective photodetectors with the maximum photosensitivity at wavelengths of 355 nm and 362 nm have been developed. Application of an additional less wideband GaN layer has made it possible to independently control the short-wavelength and long-wavelength boundaries of the sensitivity range.
The factors of formation of thermal donors (TDs) and thermal acceptors (TAs) silicon with a low oxygen concentration grown by means of float-zone melting are discussed. The results of thermal ...treatment in a temperature range of 400–1150°C show that interstitial iron atoms produce the largest contribution to formation of TDs. Substitutional atoms of iron are probable drivers of TA formation in the process of hightemperature treatment (HTT). Iron precipitates formed during low-temperature annealing (400–600°C) also contribute to TA formation. The TD and TA densities after HTT depend on the type and the density of structural defects in the material and the conditions of thermal treatment: the cooling rate and the gas medium (oxygen or argon).
Recalculation of spectral sensitivity of photodetector arrays with a relatively low signal-to-noise ratio necessitates the analysis of noise filtering with maintaining of the positions of boundaries ...and maximum sensitivity. Methods for filtering of spectral characteristics of sensitivity (moving average method and its modifications, spline interpolation, calculations using the Bezier curves, and Savitzky–Golay procedure) are compared. Criteria for selection of nondestructive calculation procedure that does not introduce errors in the boundaries of the range and maximum sensitivity of photodetector arrays are determined. An optimal method for recalculation of spectral sensitivities of photodetector arrays is chosen and substantiated.

He is the ...co-author of L.D. Landau in a number of important works. They worked together in the frame of the so-called Nuclear Bomb Project. After the death of L.D. Landau, I.M. Khalatnikov initiated the establishment of the Institute for Theoretical Physics, named in honour of L.D. Landau, within the USSR Academy of Sciences. He headed this institute from the beginning as its Director. The institute inherited almost all traditions of the Landau scientific school and played a prominent role in the development of theoretical physics. So, this is a story about how the institute was created, how it worked, and about the life of the physicists in the 'golden age' of the Soviet science. A separate chapter is devoted to today´s life of the institute and the young generation of physicists working now in science.It is an historically interesting book on the development of Soviet and Russian science and presents the background of the Soviet nuclear bomb program in the cold war age. In war times, Khalatnikov was a chief of the military staff of nuclear research. He writes about the internal conditions of Soviet society, the way of operating of the Soviet authorities and ways for scientists to interact with them. It gives many interesting insights into the development of superconductivity and superfluidity. The book is written by the most experienced and best informed person among the few living Russian scientists in the environment of Landau. Many stories of the book were never published before and considered as 'top secret'.
The suppression of the early edge breakdown in planar avalanche photodiodes based on the InP/InGaAs heteroepitaxial structures is analyzed. A structure with a sunken central part and shallow ...periphery fabricated with the aid of wet chemical etching with the subsequent one-step diffusion of zinc is employed. The etching rates of epitaxial InP are determined for several etching agents. The composition of etching agent and the optimal etching regimes are determined. A

junction with the 0.5-μm-sunk central part and 1.3-μm-deep shallow periphery (guard ring) is obtained with the aid of wet chemical etching of the upper InP epitaxial layer in the acid mixture HCl: HNO
3
: H

and one-step diffusion of zinc. The proposed method makes it possible to avoid early edge breakdown in the avalanche photodiode based on the InP/InGaAs heterostructure, in particular, in the production of commercial avalanche photodiodes.
