IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that is needed by developers to write sourcecode for computer programming is also starting to shift from desktop to web platform. As implemented in the cloud, ...Web IDE (WIDE) can be accessed online through browsers and on mobile devices. WIDE takes many advantages and becomes popular in recently years. Unfortunately, there is no tool found yet in currently WIDE to support translating novice programmers’ algorithm into programming language before they become experts in techniques of writing computer programs. This study goal is to design a tool to support novice programmers’ early learning of programming before they step into coding, compiling, running, and debugging in WIDE. Software development method used in this study is Rational Unified Process (RUP). Conclusion of this study is block-code tool can help novice programmers to learn programming language in early phase, and motivate them better.
Anti-BCMA-directed chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells are effective treatment for patients with refractory/relapsed multiple myeloma (RRMM). However, little is known about the impact of previous ...allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) on lymphocyte collection for production of CAR T cells and subsequent treatment with CAR T cells.
We performed a retrospective analysis of cellular composition of lymphocyte collections, CAR T cell expansion and treatment outcomes of RRMM patients undergoing therapy with idecabtagene vicleucel (ide-cel) with and without history of allo-HSCT.
27 patients (11/27 female) with median age 63 (range 39-75) years were analyzed. Five patients (19%) had the history of allo-HSCT median of 5.5 years before ide-cel.
Prior to apheresis, the white blood cell, absolute lymphocyte counts, CD3+ cells and monocytes did not differ in patients with and without prior allo-HSCT. We also noticed no differences in the collected CD3+ yields or cellular compositions of lymphocyte collections.
One year after ide-cel infusion, the progression-free survival and overall survival of patients with and without previous allo-HSCT did not differ with 60% and 45% respectively (P = .58) and 66.7% and 74% respectively (P = .84).
The highest expansion of CAR T was detected between day 7 after infusion and showed no difference regarding previous allo-HSCT (P = .71).
No graft-versus-host disease during the follow-up was detected.
Our data confirm that the treatment with ide-cel is feasible for patients with prior allo-HSCT. Furthermore, allo-HSCT did not influence cellular composition of lymphocyte collections, clinical outcome or in vivo expansion of ide-cel.

Star‐like polymers are one of the smallest systems in the class of core crosslinked polymeric nanoparticles. This article reports on a versatile, straightforward synthesis of three‐arm star‐like ...polypept(o)ide (polysarcosine‐block‐polylysine) polymers, which are designed to be either stable or degradable at elevated levels of glutathione. Polypept(o)ides are a recently introduced class of polymers combining the stealth‐like properties of the polypeptoid polysarcosine with the functionality of polypeptides, thus enabling the synthesis of materials completely based on endogenous amino acids. The star‐like homo and block copolymers are synthesized by living nucleophilic ring opening polymerization of the corresponding N‐carboxyanhydrides (NCAs) yielding polymeric stars with precise control over the degree of polymerization (Xn = 25, 50, 100), Poisson‐like molecular weight distributions, and low dispersities (Đ = 1.06–1.15). Star‐like polypept(o)ides display a hydrodynamic radius of 5 nm (μ2 < 0.05) as determined by dynamic light scattering (DLS). While star‐like polysarcosines and polypept(o)ides based on disulfide containing initiators are stable in solution, degradation occurs at 100 × 10–3m glutathione concentration. The disulfide cleavage yields the respective polymeric arms, which possess Poisson‐like molecular weight distributions and low dispersities (Đ = 1.05–1.12). Initial cellular uptake and toxicity studies reveal that PeptoStars are well tolerated by HeLa, HEK 293, and DC 2.4 cells.
The synthesis of three‐arm polypeptoid and polypept(o)ide star polymers is reported. Incorporation of disulfide bonds between the core and the individual side chains enables degradation of star polymers in the presence of glutathione. The size of star polymers can be adjusted between 4 and 10 nm, yielding core–shell structures well tolerated by HeLa, HEK 293, and DC 2.4 cells.
Representatives from academia, industry, regulatory agencies, and patient groups convened in March 2019 with the primary goal of developing agreement on chronic HBV treatment endpoints to guide ...clinical trials aiming to ‘cure’ HBV. Agreement among the conference participants was reached on some key points. ‘Functional’ but not sterilising cure is achievable and should be defined as sustained HBsAg loss in addition to undetectable HBV DNA 6 months post-treatment. The primary endpoint of phase III trials should be functional cure; HBsAg loss in ≥30% of patients was suggested as an acceptable rate of response in these trials. Sustained virologic suppression (undetectable serum HBV DNA) without HBsAg loss 6 months after discontinuation of treatment would be an intermediate goal. Demonstrated validity for the prediction of sustained HBsAg loss was considered the most appropriate criterion for the approval of new HBV assays to determine efficacy endpoints. Clinical trials aimed at HBV functional cure should initially focus on patients with HBeAg-positive or negative chronic hepatitis, who are treatment-naïve or virally suppressed on nucleos(t)ide analogues. A hepatitis flare associated with an increase in bilirubin or international normalised ratio should prompt temporary or permanent cessation of an investigational treatment. New treatments must be as safe as existing nucleos(t)ide analogues. The primary endpoint for phase III trials for HDV coinfection should be undetectable serum HDV RNA 6 months after stopping treatment. On treatment HDV RNA suppression associated with normalisation of alanine aminotransferase is considered an intermediate goal. In conclusion, regarding HBV ‘functional cure’, the primary goal is sustained HBsAg loss with undetectable HBV DNA after completion of treatment and the intermediate goal is sustained undetectable HBV DNA without HBsAg loss after stopping treatment.
The outcomes of patients (pts) with triple and pentaclass relapsed refractory multiple myeloma (RRMM) are poor. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR T) therapy in ...RRMM has been approved since March 2021. Early re-emergence of soluble BCMA may be a prognosticator for clinical relapse.
The objective is to trend re-emergence of BCMA at 3 months and 6 months using multiparameter flow cytometry (MFC) from bone marrow (BM) aspirate or biopsy to compare outcomes between BCMA CAR T products.
The study is a prospective cohort study that includes RRMM patients who received BCMA CAR T at the University of Kansas Health System over the last 2 years, followed at intervals of 3 months.
The study setting was conducted at the University of Kansas Health System requiring both inpatient and outpatient care.
A total of 56 pts who received BCMA CAR T therapy recipients for RRMM at the University of Kansas Health System between May 2021 and May 2023 were included. Those with less than 3 months of follow-up were excluded from the analysis.
All patients had standard procedure of BM evaluation at 1 3 and 6 months, and 1 year. Eight-color MFC was performed on the BM specimens.
Responses were evaluated using the International Myeloma Working Group criteria. BCMA re-emergence was defined as BCMA greater than nadir on either polyclonal or monoclonal BM plasma cells.
Fifty-six pts were included in the analysis, of which 38 received ide-cel and 18 received cilta-cel. A greater proportion of ide-cel patients had cumulative re-emergence of BCMA within 12 months post-CAR T compared to cilta-cel patients (58% vs 17%, P=0.004). However, the possible limitation is that there was a significant difference in follow-up time between ide-cel and cilta-cel patients that could explain this difference (11 vs 4 months, P=0.004).
There are possible differences in re-emergence of BCMA in different BCMA-CAR T products. This is an early observation and we need more patient enrollment and longer follow-up to develop a final conclusion, which is the next step of our group.

In the course of his life, Abduh has done ijtihad and renewal through the various ideas put forward ideas or even gets serious challenges from various parties, including the scholars of al-Azhar itself. But all of that does not make him despair and retreat, so that his ideas had a great influence for the next generation. Abduh brilliant ideas include the fields of education, legal, social, administrative, political and others. This article only focuses his discussion on his thoughts about education which would still be relevant to observe in order to be an afterthought for students of education in this country. Abduh's ideas include the following educational objectives, curriculum, methods and the importance of education for women. Akan tetapi semua itu tidak membuatnya berputus asa dan mundur, sehingga ide-idenya mempunyai pengaruh yang besar bagi generasi berikutnya. Ide-ide cemerlang Abduh meliputi bidang-bidang pendidikan, hukum, sosial, administrasi, politik dan lain-lain. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan suatu metode pembelajaran yang baru pola pengajaran yang berbeda di Pesantren Miftahul Jannah. Sistem pembelajaran ...yang kaku, monoton, dan satu arah merupakan salah satu penyebab pembelajaran kurang mendorong anak untuk memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis. Materi berupa program menarik yang memadukan antara teori dan permainan dengan maksud untuk membuka wawasan dan mengarahkan anak agar mampu berpikir kreatif. Selain itu, pengenalan program kewirausahaan akan memperkuat bagaimana praktik dari suatu ide kreatif dapat memberikan suatu ide-ide menarik dalam penciptaan atau pengembangan produk usaha. Pengukuran tingkat keberhasilan pelatihan menggunakan model empat tingkat untuk mengevaluasi pelatihan yang terdiri dari reaksi, pembelajaran, perilaku, dan hasil. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan berhasil berdasarkan isian indikator dari peserta. Perhitungan pre-rest dan post-test, menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan secara signifikan sebesar 62% dari total peserta, 26% menunjukkan peningkatan tapi tidak signifikan, sisanya sebesar 12% menunjukkan tidak ada peningkatan dan tidak ada yang mengalami penurunan. Berdasarkan pengamatan dalam waktu satu minggu para santri sudah mulai mencoba menerapkan pola berpikir kreatif ketika mereka malakukan proses pembelajaran oleh para pengajar di lingkungan pesantren. Selain itu hasil evaluasi oleh tim melalui diskusi memperlihatkan adanya perubahan cara mereka menganalisis suatu permasalahan dan mengintepretasikannya dengan berbagai cara yang berbeda.
Aquaponics is one of the agricultural production technological advancements that should be publicized. Climate change, population expansion, water scarcity, soil degradation, and food security are ...just a few of the world's most pressing issues. Aquaponics, which is a closed-loop system that combines hydroponics and aquaculture, may be able to deal with issues like climate change, population expansion, water scarcity, soil degradation, and food security. Thus, this paper aims to design and construct an aquaponics system that combines fish farming with plant growth. The system used a variety of sensors, including temperature and humidity sensors, ultrasonic sensors, and pH sensors, as well as microcontrollers like Arduino, to monitor and manage the water quality, plant humidity, and other variables. When the sensor identifies any abnormal circumstance, early warnings in the form of SMS and push notifications are immediately given to the user to ensure a healthy growing environment for fish and plants. The Arduino Development Environment (IDE) software is used to write a programme that connects the microcontroller to various sensors and other devices. pH sensors, temperature and humidity sensors, ultrasonic sensors, liquid crystal displays (LCDs), and GSM circuits are all built and connected to the system. A GSM notification message is sent to a mobile phone when the pH, temperature, and ultrasonic sensor findings are out of range. The data from this system's monitoring reveals the values that have been taken on a daily basis. The graph demonstrated that the plant's growth is increasing every day.
