PendahuluanSudah sejak semula difikirkan, agar pembinaan BUUD/KUD dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap yaitu tahap rehabilitasi, tahap konsolidasi dan tahap pengembangan.Di dalam tahap rehabilitasi maka ...pembinaan diarahkan agar BUUD/KUD mampu melaksanakan kegiatan-kegiatan ekonomi secara nyata, yang dirasakan bermanfaat oleh masyarakat.Jika eksistensi BUUD/KUD telah diakui oleh masyarakat maka seharusnya pembinaan diarahkan untuk menjadikan BUUD/KUD suatu organisasi clan rakyat, oleh rakyat dan untuk rakyat. ( Tahap Konsolidasi)Terdorong oleh keinginan Pemerintah untuk memanfaatkan koperasi sebagai alat untuk memperatakan basil basil pembangunan maka justru tahap konsolidasi ini diabaikan, dan pembinaan diloncatkan dari tahap rehabilitasi terus ke dalam tahap pengembangan, di mama tugas-tugas tanpa dikonsuttasikan terlebih dahulu organisasinya, togas-tugas BUUD/ KUD di dalam rnembantu melaksanakan program-program pembangunan selalu ditambah dan diperberat.Itulah sebabnya BUUD/KUD kerapkali dianggap sebagai aparatur Pemerintah dan bekerja untuk kepentingan Pemerintah, sedangkan partisipasi masyarakat dan pengawasan masyarakat masih sangat terbatas yang selanjutnya menimbulkan kekecewaan - kekecewaan dan mendorong terjadinya penyelewengan-penyelewengan.Berhubung dengan itu maka tahap konsolidasi perlu ditangani secara lebih serius berdasarkan konsepsi yang Iebih mantap.Dalam hubungan ini, maka peningkatan kwantitas dan kwalitas keanggotaan BUUD/KUD merupakan sale satu langkah yang sangat panting
Kadžarska kaciga inv. br. GMV 2647 jedan je od mnogobrojnih predmeta
koji svjedoče o dugogodišnjoj suradnji Gradskog muzeja Varaždin i Hrvatskog
restauratorskog zavoda u brizi o očuvanju kulturnih ...dobara. Kaciga je izrađena
od damasciranog čelika, konusnog oblika sa šiljkom na vrhu, koji nedostaje, dva
utora za pera te lančanim štitnikom za vrat. Nepoznate je provenijencije, ali prema
načinu izrade, vrsti materijala i dekorativnim elementima činila je komplet s
kružnim štitom inv. br. GMV 66636 i vjerojatno dvostrukom sjekirom inv. br. GMV
66637. Prema načinu izrade i načinu spajanja lančanih zakovica, nastala je nakon
sredine 19. stoljeća za vrijeme vladavine kadžarske dinastije. Namjena joj je vjerojatnije
bila ritualna nego ratna, čemu u prilog ide vrijeme nastanka i sadržaj
teksta na obodu, a korištena je možda u igranoj bitci u sklopu forme religijskog
epskog kazališta Ta’ziyeh. Ovim se ritualom oživljava bitka kod Karbale iz 680.
godine n. e., a šijiti je obilježavaju svake godine tijekom desetodnevnog perioda
mjeseca Muharram. Konzervatorsko-restauratorski radovi obuhvatili su zaustavljanje
procesa korozije u cijelosti, radove na tekstilu koji je služio kao podstava,
nadomještanje karika u dugačkom pletivu duž oboda te zaštitu na kraju. Kaciga
je primjer suradnje kustosa i restauratora oko konačne muzealne prezentacije
predmeta. Odlučeno je kako ostaci sačuvanog zlata vizualno dobro funkcioniraju
i nema potrebe za dodatnom intervencijom. Suradnja ovih dviju institucija dovela
je do točnije datacije i determinacije samog predmeta.
Introduction: Over the past decade, preeclampsia has been the subject of an increased attention, as this complication is the most common cause of maternal mortality, triggering every third case of ...obstetric morbidity and taking lives of up to 50.000 young women worldwide each year. Despite a large number of ongoing studies, no clear algorithm for monitoring pregnant women with this pathology has been developed yet.
Materials and methods: The study was conducted on 220 female Wistar rats weighing 250–300 g. In the experiment, ADMA-like preeclampsia model was used.
Results and discussion: The introduction of L-NAME to the animals from the 14th till the 20th day of pregnancy causes the following disturbances: a rise in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in 1.4 and 1.5 times, an increase in proteinuria in 3.3 times and an increase in the content of fluid in the greater omentum from 44.39 ± 1.62% to 55.02 ± 1.74%, all of which correspond to the disorders in pregnant women in case of preeclampsia. The use of the selective inhibitor of arginase II KUD 975 (3mg/kg/day) in combination with acetylsalicylic acid (10mg/ kg/day) leads to a pronounced correction in the emerging changes: a decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure in 1.2 and 1.3 times, a decrease in proteinuria in 1.9 times and a decrease in the fluid content in the greater omentum.
Conclusion: Selective inhibitor of arginase II KUD 975 and small doses of acetylsalicylic acid have a pronounced positive effect in the correction of morphofunctional disorders in animals with ADMA-like preeclampsia.
Nong Kud Ting at Bungkan Province, is a large natural wetland with area of 6,535 Acre and high biodiversity habitat of over hundred wild life species. However, the life-sustaining basin has been ...being under threat by the growth of urban area, manifested in the shape of large-scale rice farms, build up area and animal hunting in the wetland and adjacent area. Hence, Nong Kud Ting was registered to the world heritage Ramsar Site since 2011, the similar year of Bungkan has official appointed to the latest Province in Thailand. The Ramsar convention intensifies deep and violent conflict between three concerned agencies particularly; International organization and government agencies - Local Administration Organizations and the 3 local communities. The research project of "Community Participation in Architectural Design and Planning as a method for Heritage Site Conservation and Development" was conducted as a tool to solving the stakeholder's conflict and creating balance solution between Ramsar ecosystem conservation and community development.The research objectives aim to determine rules for appropriate overall preservation and development of the heritage site that complied with the Ramsar convention as well as the demand of stakeholders with public participatory process. Next, to construct the walk way and public space to be the tangible buffer zone that prevented invasion to wet land area. And to promote participation between three agencies to solve conflict by cooperative planning method. The research applied "Ladder of Participation (PAR)" purposed by Arnstein (1969) as theoretical framework by mixed scale of the ladders including; consultation, partnership and lastly delegated power. At the end of project, the research achieved a master plan of land used around Nong Kud Ting and the architectural design of recreation area and natural trail.The research found that participation in architectural design and planning is a practical method for the Ramsar Site Conservation and Development. The key factor of project successful was stakeholder's inclusiveness at the beginning to the last stage of operation. Particular, partnership concept in form of joint committees shaped trustworthy between stakeholders and share their sense of ownership for long term project responsibility.
Purpose
The purposes of this research are to investigate the relationship between strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) and development strategy and the relationship between ...development strategy and the success of Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD).
Design/methodology/approach
The sample population in this research is a village cooperative (KUD) that is located in the Indragiri Hulu Regency region. Withdrawal of the sample that is selected in this research is conducted by using the random sample method that is graded proportionately. This is done because this research has a homogeneous objective (Nazir, 1983, p. 346) and the sample retrieved is as much as 31 village cooperatives (KUD). The analysis method that is used to answer the research hypothesis is path analysis, which consists of two regression equations, namely, the influence of the variables of strength (X1), weakness (X2), opportunity (X3) and threat (X4) on the development strategy (Y1) variable and the influence of the development strategy (Y1) variable on the success of village cooperative (KUD) (Y2) variable by the hypothesis that is presented in a conceptual diagram.
Findings
The SWOT variable has a significance influence on the development strategy variable in the cooperative in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province, either partially or simultaneously. And among the variables, the development strategy variable has a significant influence on the success of village cooperative (KUD) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province. Also, it was found that the SWOT variable has an indirect influence on the success of village cooperative (KUD) in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Riau Province.
Originality/value
To the authors’ knowledge, this is the first paper to test the relation between SWOT and the development strategy and the performance of village cooperatives in Indragiri Hulu Regency, Indonesia.
Aim. To develop a test of cognitive performance in persons with moderate‐to‐severe dementia.
Background. Various instruments are used to assess the course of dementia and to evaluate treatments in ...persons with dementia. Most neuropsychological assessments are inappropriate for measuring cognitive abilities in persons with severe dementia, because these persons perform at floor level in such measurements.
Design. A cross‐sectional research design.
Methods. The test (Clinical Evaluation of Moderate‐to‐Severe Dementia; Swedish acronym: KUD) was developed from a pool of 25 test items with the final KUD consisting of 15 items. Reliability and validity were established using 220 subjects (with various dementia diagnoses) with scores of Mini‐Mental State Examination between 0–20. Approximately two weeks after the first test, 116 of the original 220 subjects were retested.
Results. A factor analysis with the 15‐item scale revealed an interaction factor comprising three items and a cognitive performance factor with 12 items. The internal consistence reliability was 0·93 for the KUD (Cronbach’s alpha). Test–retest reliability was also high (0·92) and correlation between the KUD and the MMSE (≤20) was high (r = 0·80).
Conclusion. The KUD seems to be a valid, reliable performance‐based assessment scale for measuring cognitive performance in persons with MMSE score below 12 or 15 points.
Relevance to clinical practice. It is of outmost interest that cognitive performance can be easily followed for persons with moderate‐to‐severe dementia in, for example, drug therapies and other therapies, but also in terms of treatment of and support to the person based on his or her abilities.
The species composition of the rotifer fauna of Lake Kud-Thing, Nong Khai Province, northeast Thailand was investigated in a monthly sampling program from January to December 1998. A remarkably rich ...rotifer community consisting of 183 taxa was recorded, including 32 new records to the Thai fauna. The most diverse genera were Lecane (23.5%), followed by Trichocerca (16.9%) and Lepadella (11.5%). Lecane isanensis n. sp. is described and figured. Thirteen species (Aspelta circinator, Collotheca tenuilobata, Lecane nelsoni, Lepadella benjamini, Lepadella eurysterna, Sinantherina ariprepes, Testudinella cf. insinuata, Trichocerca abilioi, Trichocerca inermis, Trichocerca montana, Trichocerca orca, Trichocerca rosea and Trichocerca simonei) are new to the Oriental region. Notably, the record of Trichocerca orca is the first since its discovery in New Zealand in 1913. The rotifers can be classified into three groups based on duration of appearance; (1) common, perennial; (2) uncommon, perennial; and (3) uncommon, sporadic species. The high species richness of rotifers, particularly members of the genera Lecane and Trichocerca, but low diversity of Brachionus together suggest that the lake is probably not eutrophicated.PUBLICATION ABSTRACT
