Brown et al discuss the Atlanta University Center (AUC) Robert W. Woodruff Library's Get Smart About Your Money held on April 18, 2023. The event was held during the celebration of national Money ...Smart Week, which is a public national education program created by the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. The purpose of "Get Smart About Your Money" was to introduce the new business librarian, promote financial literacy to AUC community members, and participate in Money Smart Week. The planning and coordinating committee consisted of three librarians: Imani Beverly, Sharonda S. Brown, and Jacquelyn J. Daniel. This collaboration with the librarians provided the opportunity to pool expertise and resources to ensure the event was a success. Librarians in the Research, Learning, and Technology Services Department and other library staff also provided their assistance and expertise during the event.
