SAŽETAK: Umjetna inteligencija i robotika sve se više koriste pri koncepciji modernog mjesta rada. Zdravlje radnika, osim već dulje poznatih metoda, sve češće se osigurava i nadopunjuje novim ...tehnološkim rješenjima. Roboti zasnovani na tzv. slaboj umjetnoj inteligenciji upotrebljavaju se već desetljećima u industriji, a u posljednje vrijeme razvijaju se sofisticirani napredni roboti koji se koriste u medicini, istraživanju, prometu, transportu, ... Kod poslova gdje postoji opasnost za zdravlje radnika, često propisi zaštite na radu ograničavaju primjenu mjera namijenjenih porastu proizvodnosti. Roboti rješavaju jedno i drugo, povećavaju proizvodnost te eliminiraju neposrednu opasnost za radnika. Servisni roboti primjenjuju se u kućanstvu, uredima, školama, prodavaonicama i dr. Društveni roboti su u direktnom kontaktu s ljudima pomažući im u svakodnevnom poslu. U radu su prikazane neke od mogućnosti korištenja robota kao i prednosti robotike, prvenstveno u funkciji zaštite zdravlja i sigurnosti na radu. Podaci za izradu rada prikupljeni su iz znanstvenih časopisa, knjiga te zbornika s konferencija i stručnih skupova kao i sudjelovanjem na predavanjima znanstvenika iz područja razvoja robotike. Određeni znanstvenici postavljaju pitanja o budućnosti rada i općenito života te izražavaju zabrinutost o nepoznanicama koje očekuju čovjeka, društvo, životnu okolinu... Postavljaju se pitanja hoće li te nove tehnologije utjecati na razdvajanje i otuđivanje ljudi pa čak i međusobnu netoleranciju.
SUMMARY: Artificial intelligence and robotics are increasingly used in the conception of the modern workplace. Workers' health, apart from long-known methods, is increasingly being ensured and upgraded using new technological solutions. Robots based on the so-called poor artificial intelligence have been used in industry for decades, and lately sophisticated advanced robots have been developed that are used in medicine, research, traffic, transportation. In jobs where there is a danger to the health of workers, often occupational safety regulations restrict the implementation of the measures designed to increase productivity. Robots do both, i.e. increase productivity and eliminate imminent danger to the workers. Service robots are used in homes, offices, schools, shops, etc. Social robots are in direct contact with people helping them with their daily work. The paper presents some of the possibilities of using a robot as well as the benefits of robotics, primarily in the function of health and safety at work. Data for the paper were collected from scientific journals, books and various conference proceedings, as well as from lectures held by scientists in the field of robotics development. Certain scientists ask questions about the future of work and life in general, and express concerns about the unknown that await man, society, and the environment. The chief question is whether these new technologies may effect separation, alienation and even intolerance among people.
ESAW 2005 took place at the Pine Bay Hotel in Kusadasi, Turkey at the end of the October 2005. It was organized as a stand-alone event as were ESAW 2004and ESAW 2003.Following the initial ESAW ...vision,which wasset in 1999, by the members of the working group on “Communication, Coordination and Collaboration” of Agentlink, ESAW 2005 continued to focus on the engineering of complex software systems in terms of multi-agent societies, especially the social and environmental aspects of such societies. The number of participants (40 researchers from 10 countries) and the highly interactive discussions held during the workshop showed the augmented importance of the initial vision as well as the effectiveness of ESAW as a well-established research forum. It is obvious that today’s interconnected world increases the importance of approaches concerning the engineering of complex and distributed software systems. These kinds of large scale systems, made up of massive numbers of autonomous components, force us to discover new and novel approaches to model and engineer such systems as agent societies. It is very likely that such innovations will exploit lessons from a variety of different scientific disciplines, such as sociology, economics, organizational science and biology: ESAW 2005 included presentations from these domains in addition to its traditional - search topics.
It is at least two decades since the conventional robotic manipulators have become a common manufacturing tool for different industries, from automotive to pharmaceutical. The new generation of ...robots are now being developed that can be categorized in two groups, redundant (and hyper-redundant) manipulators, and mobile (ground, marine, and aerial) robots.
