Nous développons un modèle d’appariement qui reproduit l’impact de la chronique non-anticipée des restrictions liées à la crise de la Covid-19 sur le chômage français, en tenant compte de ...l’hétérogénéité entre les différents niveaux d’éducation. Nous identifions l’ampleur des restrictions sur les ventes de chaque segment du marché du travail, ainsi que le recours différencié aux mesures de chômage partiel. Nos résultats sont obtenus grâce à un modèle d’appariement original intégrant à la fois (i) des risques microéconomiques variant dans le temps et (ii) des externalités de congestion faisant varier les coûts unitaires de recrutement. Ensuite, (i) nous évaluons l’impact des mesures de chômage partiel sur les taux de chômage par diplôme, (ii) nous comparons différents scénarios de confinement (court mais strict versus long mais souple), et (iii) nous prévoyons l’impact d’un troisième confinement de Mars à avril 2021.
La pandémie Covid-19 a bouleversé l’organisation du travail et a marqué un tournant dans le déploiement du travail médiatisé et distant. Partout où la continuation de l’activité était possible à ...distance, le télétravail s’est imposé. Néanmoins, il s’exerce dans des conditions inédites et l’organisation des modalités de travail se définit au gré de l’évolution de la situation et des mesures sanitaires gouvernementales.
Dans ce contexte, l’objectif de cette étude est de comprendre quelles sont, du point de vue des managers intermédiaires, les incidences du télétravail en confinement puis lors de la reprise progressive de l’activité sur site, d’une part, sur le travail, son organisation et ses conditions de réalisation et, d’autre part, sur les collectifs de travail, le rapport au travail et la qualité de vie des salariés.
Dans cette perspective, nous avons mené une étude exploratoire et compréhensive par entretiens semi-directifs auprès de 17 directeurs de service en poste en France dans un organisme public.
L’analyse lexicale et morphosyntaxique réalisée montre que les modalités d’organisation/réorganisation du travail à différents moments de la crise, leur impact sur l’activité de travail, l’expérience psychosociale du télétravail au sein des services et les pratiques managériales déployées (3 classes) ont pu constituer des opportunités mais aussi générer des risques.
Les résultats de cette étude permettent d’identifier les bénéfices mais aussi les retombées potentiellement délétères du recours au télétravail en période de crise et fournissent des éléments de réflexions quant à son déploiement post-pandémie.
The Covid-19 pandemic disrupted the organization of work and represented a turning point in the deployment of mediated and remote work. Wherever the continuation of the activity was possible at a distance, telework was imposed. Nevertheless, it is exercised in new conditions and the organization of work modalities is defined according to the evolution of the situation and governmental health measures.
In this context, the objective of this study is to understand what are, from the point of view of middle managers, the impacts of telework in confinement and then during the progressive re-establishment of the activity on site, on the one hand, on the work, its organization and its conditions of realization and, on the other hand, on the work collectives, the relationship to work and the quality of life of the employees.
In this perspective, we carried out an exploratory and comprehensive study through semi-structured interviews with 17 directors of service in a French public organization.
The lexical and morphosyntactic analysis performed shows that the modalities of work organization/reorganization at different moments of the crisis, their impact on work activity, the psychosocial experience of telework within the services and the managerial practices deployed (3 classes) could constitute opportunities but also generate risks.
The results of this study allow us to identify the benefits but also the potentially deleterious effects of the use of telework in times of crisis and provide elements for consideration in its post-pandemic deployment.
L’objectif de cet article est de proposer une réflexion prospective et d’alimenter le débat en cours sur l’avenir des espaces de coworking dans les différents types de territoires. La crise de la ...Covid-19 pourrait modifier durablement le rôle des différents types de proximités et les pratiques professionnelles des utilisateurs des espaces de coworking. Les résultats d’une enquête quantitative réalisée au printemps 2020 auprès des utilisateurs de ces espaces suggèrent que ce type d’organisation du travail devrait continuer à se développer sur tous les types de territoires. De nouvelles pratiques devront toutefois être proposées par les espaces pour s’adapter aux contraintes sanitaires et au contexte économique.
En mars 2020, le SAMU met en place une organisation spécifique pour répondre aux flux d’appels générés par la crise sanitaire. Une cellule de crise COVID-19 dédiée aux EHPAD est créée afin d’apporter ...une aide aux EHPAD, en grande difficulté. Un numéro spécifique distinct du numéro 15 est attribué H24. Pendant trois mois, la cellule d’urgence médico-psychologique (CUMP) du SAMU apporte des soins d’abord par téléphone puis en se rendant dans les EHPAD, révélant l’impact de la crise sur les personnels et les résidents.
In March 2020, the SAMU set up a specific organisation to respond to the flow of calls generated by the health crisis. A COVID-19 crisis unit dedicated to the EHPADs is created in order to provide assistance to the EHPADs, which are in great difficulty. A specific number distinct from the number 15 is assigned H24. For three months, the emergency medical-psychological unit (CUMP) of the SAMU provides care first by telephone and then by visiting the EHPADs, revealing the impact of the crisis on staff and residents.
La pandémie de la Covid-19 en 2020 a constitué une crise à laquelle les entreprises du monde ont dû faire face en un temps-record pour trouver des solutions. L’objectif de ce travail est d’analyser ...si, dans ce contexte de crise, les mécanismes de gouvernance des PME françaises ont évolué et si oui comment. 29 dirigeant(e)s d’entreprises françaises ont été interrogés pour répondre à cette question. Les résultats indiquent que les différences de gouvernance présentes avant la crise s’atténuent. Les dirigeants ont tendance à plus prendre en compte les mécanismes non spécifiques. Ils impliquent également plus leur parties prenantes clés en renforçant le rôle des mécanismes intentionnels.
As a worldwide disaster, the COVID-19 crisis is profoundly affecting the development of the global economy and threatening the survival of firms worldwide. It seems unavoidable that this natural ...disruption has hit the global economy and produced a huge crisis for firms. This study explores how firms in China are innovating their marketing strategies by critically identifying the typology of firms’ marketing innovations using two dimensions, namely, motivation for innovations and the level of collaborative innovations. This research also explores the influence of the external environment, internal advantages (e.g., dynamic capabilities and resource dependence), and characteristics of firms on Chinese firms’ choice and implementation of marketing innovation strategies. It provides valuable insights for firms to respond successfully to similar crisis events in the future.
Covid-19 affects the established order of worship. Muslims are required to wear masks, keep their distance, and eliminate greetings during congregations. At certain times, mosques are also required ...to close temporarily to prevent the spread of the virus. In fact, these rules are not obeyed by the Muslim community in the city of Pekalongan, in fact, some pilgrims oppose it. This study aims to analyze the relationship of health protocol practice with religious understanding and the role of mosques in helping victims affected by covid-19. The study uses qualitative methods in which the main data in the form of words and actions are taken using observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data in the form of words was taken using interview techniques to 27 pilgrims. The data in the form of actions was taken using observation techniques by observing religious phenomena in 12 mosques. Both data are documented using recordings and images as a form of data validation. The results of this study showed a crisis of religious understanding experienced by mosque administrators and worshippers. The management is adamant not to close the mosque in the midst of the pandemic and is reluctant to allocate infaq to the social realm of victims affected by covid-19. The pilgrims are divided into three groups: trust, doubt, and distrust of the coronavirus. However, it does not affect the effectiveness of preventive measures instructed by the government. Most pilgrims apply health protocols. Some pilgrims also consider sharia rules to be above government rules, so religious activities must still be carried out
The aim of this paper is to investigate the roles of domestic and global leaders and organizations to COVID-19 and to consider the new role(s) of Human Resource Development (HRD) based on the ...ramifications of pandemics in general, and COVID-19 in particular. The research questions guiding this work are: What are the leadership competencies required during and post times of crisis? And What roles do human resource development practitioners envision to support their organizations during and post times of crisis? In this manuscript, we provide several themes, based on the literature and case studies from international and domestic contexts, that we see as essential competencies for leadership practices in response to a global crisis. We explored leadership competencies required in the time of crises, followed by exploring cases of best practices of leadership in different contexts, followed by reflections on new roles for HRD researchers and practitioners post a global crisis.

We searched the international literature to review the processes adopted by healthcare institutions and also used our experience of managing a previous epidemic to devise safe processes for our ED patients.
The interventions done by ED, led to safer patient care, avoidance of unnecessary admissions, reduced risk of cross infection and enhanced staff safety.
Integrated ED processes helped streamline Covid-19 patients.
The paper aims to present a graph based recommender system for managing the Covid-19 crisis by considering patient and medical staff data. Working with limited number of medical staff, require ...optimization when creating the appropriate medical staff to assist patient. Patient medical files usually contain more information about the patient diseases and symptoms. In this paper the recommender system at first analyses the patient medical files to find and decide which profile of medical staff could assist efficiency this patient in a crisis situation. Second the recommender system by taking into account the availability of the medical staff will try to propose others doctors with the same profile and the nearest competencies.
