An effective network security requirement engineering is needed to help organizations in capturing cost-effective security solutions that protect networks against malicious attacks while meeting the ...business requirements. The diversity of currently available security requirement engineering methodologies leads security requirements engineers to an open question: How to choose one? We present a global evaluation methodology that we applied during the IREHDO2 project to find a requirement engineering method that could improve network security. Our evaluation methodology includes a process to determine pertinent evaluation criteria and a process to evaluate the requirement engineering methodologies. Our main contribution is to involve stakeholders (i.e., security requirements engineers) in the evaluation process by following a requirement engineering approach. We describe our experiments conducted during the project with security experts and the feedback we obtained. Although we applied it to evaluate three requirements engineering methods (KAOS, STS and SEPP) in the context of network security, our evaluation methodology can be instantiated in other contexts and other methods.

The important things that could be counted in designing distro t-shirt is creativity of ideas and inspirations. Meanwhile, there are several factors influenced the successfulness on distro business. The factors could be the capital, promotion, marketing, and distribution. CorelDraw merupakan program aplikasi yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh kalangan profesional dalam pembuatan desain grafis. CorelDraw dapat digunakan untuk mendesain, membuat berbagai bentuk, dan memberi warna. Program ini mudah untuk dipahami dan dioperasikan sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendesain kaos distro (distribution outlet). Keterampilan dalam membuat desain kaos distro menggunakan CorelDraw diperlukan untuk menjadi desainer kaos distro. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan adalah kreatifitas dalam menciptakan ide atau inspirasi yang dituangkan dalam bentuk desain kaos distro. Sementara itu terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan dalam bisnis distro. Faktor-faktor tersebut antara lain modal, produksi, promosi, pemasaran, dan distribusi.
Along with rapid developments in computational technologies, evolutionary/heuristic/metaheuristic algorithms have frequently become used in many applications to solve optimization problems. Nowadays, ...new algorithms are being developed and improvements have been made to existing algorithms. In this study, chaos-based modifications have been proposed for recently introduced metaheuristic algorithms: Backtracking Search (BS), Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) and Vortex Search (VS), and the algorithms have been analyzed by detailed comparisons. The proposed approaches are based on generating new values through chaos maps, rather than some random numbers normally used in the algorithms, to improve their solutions. In addition, some modifications are performed to the structural operations of the algorithms used in the optimization process by taking advantage of chaos-based values. The performances of the algorithms are evaluated by considering two metrics: convergence rates and statistical results. Experiments demonstrated that the performance of the algorithms with the proposed modifications based on the chaos approach, are better than, or at least comparable to, the original algorithms.

Specifying consistent services at early project stages is a telecommunication service engineering challenge. Service logic inconsistencies, also known as feature interactions (FIs), can affect ...various types of services ranging from signaling protocol features to value-added end user services. This problem has been investigated for all those types of services. However, inconsistencies of Operation, Administration, Management and Provisioning (OAM&P) services have not been sufficiently addressed. The present paper studies the detection of OAM&P service inconsistencies at the software requirement specification stage. The aim is at the resolution of the problem before reaching the implementation step. The basic idea of the here reported approach is to consider service inconsistencies as software requirement conflicts. The contribution of the present paper consists of an OAM&P requirement modeling language and a requirement conflict detection method. A validation with a case study is reported.

Birey, aile, grup, topluluk ve toplum düzeylerinde insan ihtiyaç ve sorunlarının çözümlenmesinde müdahalelerde bulunan, politika ve hizmet üreten, kaynaklarla müracaatçı sistemlerini bir araya getiren sosyal hizmet bilim ve mesleğinin karmaşıklık kuramının sunduğu bu boyutları uygulamalarında daha fazla kullanmaya ihtiyacı vardır. Çünkü insan ihtiyaç ve sorunları gün geçtikçe karmaşıklaşmakta ve çözüm üretmede tek boyutlu neden-sonuç ilişkisi yetersiz kalmaktadır. Bu nedenle çalışmada karmaşıklaşan müracaatçı sorunlarını anlamak ve çözüm üretmek için karmaşıklık kuramının, sosyal bilimler alanındaki sosyal hizmet bilim ve meslek alanına uyarlanması ve ilişkisel açıklamaların yapılması amaçlanmaktadır.

The symbolism of the Egg may be followed through cosmogonic myths in many civilisations, which are similar among themselves and show that they share the same roots in certain segments. The roots of ...the Western civilizational circle are to be found in Mesopotamia, Egypt, the Syrian and the Palestinian countries, as well as in the Aegean (Balkan-Anatolian) cultural sphere. As a result of the contact with other civilizational circles, a kind of transfer of these influences on a lot wider geographic areas took place, as well as cyclic synergy came about. By comparing various cosmogonic myths, the conclusion may be drawn that the Egg is the primordial state of Cosmos, with Chaos within, from which the first Germ of Life stems (nature; gods; humans). The meaning of the original symbol of the Egg got lost in the course of time, so that only its importance with respect to the abundance and the cyclic restoration of life in nature, and the afterlife and resurrection in religion remained.

Agents will discover, communicate, and cooperate with other agents and services and-as we' 11 describe -will rely on policy-based management and control mechanisms to ensure respect for human-imposed constraints on agent interaction. Policy-based controls of Semantic Web Services can also help govern interaction with traditional (nonagent) clients.
Abstract
Soil degradation that occurs in watershed Batanghari is generally caused by accelerated erosion due to land conversion. Sub-watershed Kaos is one of the sub-watershed from watershed ...Batanghari that has forest conversion to oil palm plantations is 7,846 Ha from the period 1995-2018. This research aims to assess the Erosion Hazard Index EHI on forest land use, land clearing, and oil palm plantation in Sub-Watershed Kaos-Jambi. The data analysis method used the survey method and erosion prediction using the Universal Soil Loss Equation USLE model. The EHI was counted by the amount of soil eroded ton/ha/year divided by soil erosion that can be tolerated ton/ha/year. The result of this research showed that the forest’s erosion value is 9.80 ton/ha/year, land clearing is 249.17 ton/ha/year and oil palm plantation is 89.12-122.94 ton/ha/year. The soil erosion can be tolerated on the forest is 36.54 ton/ha/year, land clearing is 57.71 ton/ha/year and oil palm plantation is 54.42-57.49 ton/ha/year. Furthermore, the lowest value of EHI is 0.27 low grade and the highest value of EHI is 4.32 high grade, whereas the EHI value on oil palm plantation is between 1.64 to 2.14 medium grade. The EHI in Sub-Watershed Kaos is in low, medium, and high categories. The medium grade and high grade of The EHI will cause soil degradation, such as decreasing soil quality and also loss of organic matter and soil nutrients because of erosion and runoff. Therefore, it must apply soil conservation and agrotechnology application in land clearing and oil palm plantation.
