The objective of this work is to focus on Nihilism by applying both an analytical and comparative methodology. To represent reality, Nietzsche alludes par excellence to art, specifically music and poetry, because he believes that it is the key to the link with the real. Art has more value than truth because the essence pleases the will to power; both Nietzsche and Heidegger consider as far as the interpretation that there are multiple of them and each of them are true. Heidegger infers that Nietzsche is in a dark period in history that runs through metaphysical thought, an era where the nullity of nonsense predominates; Nietzsche's Nihilism is nothing else for Heidegger than the manifestation of what remains hidden from the Entity, the impossibility of revealing Being as it is; then, the Being always remains immutable, it does not show itself before the verification under any circumstances, it camouflages itself very well remaining in oblivion, safeguarding the truth that is revealed to the extent that a part of it is hidden in the openness of the Entity, thus making it impossible to understand but helping its approach. Keywords: Being, Entity, God, Nihilism, Emptiness, Death, Metaphysics.
This article details how the ideas of nihilism challenged the incipient sphere of Hebrew literature in nineteenth-century Russia. In the 1860s, Russian nihilist critics Nikolai Chernyshevsky, Nikolai ...Dobroliubov, and Dmitrii Pisarev argued that the value of literary works lies in their social utility. For young Jewish writers emerging from rabbinic milieus where the engagement with sacred texts was valued for its own sake, discovery of the utilitarian view of literature threatened to undermine their own literary aspirations and the project of Hebrew literature as a whole. I show that, in the wake of the nihilist critique in the 1860s, yeshiva-educated writers began to turn against the newly formed sphere of Hebrew letters with the accusation that a "useless" textual engagement characteristic of Talmud study pervaded the Hebrew literary production of their day. I track the development of this idea in the debates of pioneering Hebrew writers and literary critics such as Abraham Uri Kovner, his lesser-known brother Isaac Kovner, and the writer Abraham Ber Gottlober. Reading early Jewish writers and critics alongside their Russian contemporaries, this article illuminates the struggle of modern Hebrew writers with the Jewish religious textual tradition, while situating it in the context of larger Russian debates about literature's value and function in the world.

This paper analyzes the relationship between nihilism and technology based on the intuitions of the Jewish-German philosopher Hans Jonas. To do this, we start from a consideration of nihilism in its ...incomplete form as an attempt to deny worldly and human reality, an attitude that gives technology a role of removing the human from the world, either through an escape from the earth or through post- and transhumanist hypotheses, based on the obsolescence of the body. The theses that see technology both as a philosophical and an ethical problem are examined from the perspective that ethics must be a kind of comple- ment (a “power over power”) to technology. To this, it would take on a new role: through responsibility it will help to adequately design the prognosis of the future and at the same time promote ecologically appropriate lifestyles based on frugality and continence.
The subject. The paper concentrates on problem of development constitutional nihilism in Russia. The purpose of the article is confirmation or confutation of the hypothesis that we can distinguish ...four legal periods in the development of constitutional nihilism in Russia, taking into account its criteria. The methodology of study includes historical analysis of legal literature and formal legal analysis of normative legal acts. The main results and scope of their application. The concept of constitutional nihilism is debatable. There is no single definition of constitutional nihilism. The paper analysis main definitions Russian and foreign scientists and offer new integrating definition. The criteria of constitutional nihilism are very similar to criteria of legal nihilism but there are several exceptions. The following grounds for classifying constitutional nihilism are most informative: level of prevalence; the nature of the external manifestation; the nature of denial; orientation of the nihilistic attitude, subjects of negation. At various stages of Russia's development, the main social groups among which constitutional nihilism was widespread were senior civil servants, high rank military officials and even presidents and even Emperor’s family. The object of constitutional nihilism is the denial and non-fulfillment of constitutional norms, non-participation in the implementation of constitutional relations. Constitutional nihilism in Russia is closely intertwined with constitutional upheaval, conspiracy, and rebellion. Constitutional nihilism is dangerous not only because it changes the structure of the state, but also because of the surge of legal nihilism among the population of the country. The sources of constitutional nihilism are periods of upheaval and other negative events that push the highest echelons of power to deliberately violate the laws. Conclusions. There are four main period of constitutional nihilism in Russia. The table compiled by the author contains six historical periods and four legal periods. Each of them is based on criteria of constitutional nihilism. The next period of constitutional nihilism can be calculated, because most often it occurs after large-scale social upheavals, but with the arrival of a strong and influential leader of the country, constitutional nihilism disappears for a while.
