Uma técnica muito utilizada nas indústrias é o outsourcing, que consiste na prática de comprar produtos e serviços externos, fornecendo ideia de algo originário de fora da organização. A questão de ...pesquisa é: quais os critérios recorrentes para a tomada de decisão na adesão do outsourcing? buscando-se investigar na percepção dos gestores, os critérios e as variáveis considerados relevantes para tomada de decisão de adesão ao outsourcing. A pesquisa empírica realizada é descritiva com enfoque quantitativo, a população é formada por 2.775 industrias paranaenses cadastradas junto a Federação das Indústrias do Paraná (FIEP). O instrumento de pesquisa foi adaptado de Moschuris (2015), a coleta de dados ocorreu nos meses de junho e julho de 2016 e, ao término foram consideradas respostas fornecidas por 48 industrias. Os achados da pesquisa evidenciam que dos 11 critérios estratégicos apresentados, as variáveis consideradas mais relevantes na percepção dos gestores respondentes foram custo e qualidade.

Markets are embedded in a set of institutions - labor, government, corporate, civil society, and household - that mold the power asymmetries that influence the distribution of the gains from globalization. In this book, William Milberg and Deborah Winkler propose an institutional theory of trade and development starting with the growth of global value chains - international networks of production that have restructured the global economy and its governance over the past twenty-five years. They find that offshoring leads to greater economic insecurity in industrialized countries that lack institutions supporting workers. They also find that offshoring allows firms to reduce domestic investment and focus on finance and short-run stock movements.

Taip pat darbe apžvelgiami įvairių ...tyrėjų siūlyti veiklos rangos apibūdinimo metodai ir pateikiamas naujas pasiūlymas. Siūloma interpretuoti veiklos rangą valstybės pramoniniam strateginiam planavimui vystant šalies ūkį, inovacijų skatinimui ir naujausios technologinės pažangos diegimui vykdant tarptautinių korporacijų pateikiamus užsakymus, tolesnę produkcijos, Ukrainoje priskiriamos naujai pramoninei veiklai, plėtrą. Pateikiami siūlymai diegti naują ekonominį-teisinį priemonių derinį siekiant paskatinti veiklos rangą ir užsienio inovacijų, tarp jų viešojo ir privataus sektorių bendradarbiavimo, diegimą, muitų lengvatų teikimą, laisvos prekybos zonų veiklą apibrėžiančių įstatymų formavimą ir taikymą.
Outsourcing partnership management (OPM) is challenging for knowledge intensive outsourcing due to factors like task complexity and intrinsic uncertainty associated with these projects, dependence on ...external knowledge, and intricacies of knowledge transfer and integration. Through a structured approach, the present study aims to identify progress in OPM research and any existing gap(s). Subsequently, the aim is to present a holistic OPM context empirically for knowledge intensive outsourcing encompassing both "static" and "dynamic" perspectives of OPM. In this endeavour, a systematic review is employed to develop an integrating framework within the OPM literature and identify key gaps in academic research. Next, based on the gap identified in relation to a comprehensive understanding of the "static" perspective of OPM, this study contributes to a thorough understanding of the role of reintegration in knowledge intensive outsourcing. Contextualised within the Drug Discovery programmes in the pharma sector, a theoretical model for reintegration is developed to establish that for ensuring outsourcing success, reintegration partially mediates the relationship between partnership governance and outsourcing performance. Finally, this study extends the scope of OPM beyond a single contract cycle and probes the nuances of contract renewal which contributes to the understanding of the "dynamic" OPM perspective. In this context, a pivotal role of trust has been established where trust mediates the relationship between outsourcing performance and contract renewal. The all-encompassing "static" and "dynamic" perspectives of OPM make an important contribution to the understanding of what constitutes "real value" to the client in knowledge intensive outsourcing. While the utilisation of acquired knowledge is critical for achieving project specific goals in near term in a single contract cycle (i.e., the "static" perspective), for the longevity of the relationship a trusting relationship with the vendor is found to be more important for a contract renewal decision (i.e., the "dynamic" perspective).
