We współczesnych organizacjach, nawet tych, które zazwyczaj pracują w trybie procesowym, coraz częściej elementem rzeczywistości zarządzania organizacją staje się zarządzanie projektami. Biorąc pod ...uwagę, że metody zarządzania bazujące na technikach analitycznych nie zapewniają organizacji oczekiwanej przewagi konkurencyjnej większego znaczenia nabierają metody zarządzania zespołem projektowym. Celem artykułu jest zidentyfikowanie i opisanie najtrudniejszych zadań i sytuacji dla menedżera projektu związanych z zarządzaniem zespołem projektowym. W artykule przedstawiono trzy etapy zarządzania zespołem projektowym: 1) etap planowania organizacyjnego, który jest silnie powiązany z planowaniem komunikacji w zespole projektowym; 2) etap pozyskiwania personelu ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem metod doboru pracowników do zespołu projektowego, w tym także podstawowe estymatory czasu realizacji zadań w projekcie oraz 3) etap kształtowania zespołu niezbędny do rozwijania i doskonalenia pracy zespołowej, w którym bardzo istotną rolę odgrywają struktury zarzadzania zespołem projektowym. Na każdym z tych etapów menedżer projektu napotyka określone trudności związane z zarządzaniem zespołem projektowym, dlatego też w artykule zaprezentowano wyniki obserwacji dotyczących umiejętności menedżera projektu, takich jak m.in.: budowanie tożsamości zespołu, określanie ról zespołowych, motywowanie zespołu projektowego oraz budowanie zaangażowania, które są niezbędne do osiągnięcia sukcesu projektu. W artykule szczególną uwagę zwrócono także na zagadnienie zarządzania konfliktem w zespole projektowym. Przedstawiono klasyfikację poziomów rozpatrywania konfliktów; czynniki wskazujące na konstruktywną oraz destrukcyjną naturę konfliktu a także podstawowe style zarządzania konfliktem. Jednym z wyzwań menedżera projektu opisanym w niniejszym artykule jest także zarządzanie nową generacją pracowników nazywanych „generacją Y”.

Cilj rada ukazati je na ulogu školske knjižnice u poučavanju učenika o sigurnom i odgovornom korištenju digitalne tehnologije za potrebe učenja i u slobodno vrijeme (digitalnoj pismenosti), o ...vrednovanju informacija i sadržaja na internetu (informacijskoj pismenosti) i kako učiti iz različitih izvora znanja i informacija (medijskoj pismenosti). Pristup/metodologija/dizajn. U radu će se koristiti primjer dobre prakse knjižnice Osnovne škole Zlatar Bistrica i njezino sudjelovanje u Erasmus+ projektu „Responsible Digital Natives“ koji se provodio od 2020. do 2023. godine i tijekom kojega su učenici sudjelovali u projektnom i istraživačkom učenju u školskoj knjižnici. Prikazane su aktivnosti s učenicima zasnovane na suradnji, timskom radu, upotrebi informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije i suvremenih metoda učenja. Praktična primjena. Primjer dobre prakse školske knjižnice OŠ Zlatar Bistrica može poslužiti za osmišljavanje aktivnosti za poticanje odgovornog korištenja digitalne tehnologije u radu s učenicima kako knjižničarima tako i drugim odgojno-obrazovnim djelatnicima u osnovnim i srednjim školama. Originalnost/vrijednost. Članak donosi nove spoznaje o mogućnostima proširenja informacijsko-referalnih uloga i zadaća školske knjižnice koje su više od posuđivanja knjiga i upućivanja u bibliografske izvore, a posebice u razvijanju suradnje školskog knjižničara i predmetnih učitelja ne samo unutar škole već i na međunarodnoj razini posredstvom europskih projekata s ciljem poticanja cjeloživotnih kompetencija, razmjene znanja i iskustava te suradničkog učenja. Rezultati. Rad daje uvid u pozitivne učinke suradnje školske knjižnice i nastavnog predmeta Geografije u stjecanju vještina informacijske, digitalne i medijske pismenosti, kao i iz domene učiti kako učiti, u aktivnostima istraživanja u digitalno sigurnom okruženju, prilikom analiziranja i sažimanja teksta, kod usvajanja tehnika i strategija čitanja, kod korištenja popularno-znanstvene literature u istraživačkom učenju te prilikom predstavljanja rezultata rada učenicima iz škola partnera.
Der thematische Sammelband beruht auf der Konzeption der ‚IFO2020‘ in Wien – der 34. Jahrestagung der Inklusionsforscher*innen – und stellt den Versuch dar, die rund um diese Tagung begonnenen, ...weiterentwickelten oder vielleicht sogar in diesem Kontext überhaupt erst entstandenen Fragestellungen und Diskussionen gebündelt darzustellen. Ganz im Sinne der Themenstellung des Bandes gerät notwendigerweise die Inklusionsforschung selbst ins Zentrum der Auseinandersetzungen, wenn die ihr inhärenten Kontroversen, Perspektiven und Entwicklungen diskutiert werden. Daraus ergeben sich u.a. Hinweise auf empirische, theoretische und paradigmatische Ausrichtungen von Inklusion, interdisziplinäre Zusammenschlüsse, Kritik an der pädagogischen wie auch der (eigenen) akademischen Praxis, intersektionale Verwobenheiten oder auch Leerstellen, die zu diskutieren offen bleiben.
That social capital matters is an established fact in the social sciences. Less clear, however, is how different forms of social capital affect gender disadvantages in career advancement. Focusing on ...a project-based type of labor market, namely the U.S. film industry, this study argues that women suffer a "closure penalty" and face severe career disadvantages when collaborating in cohesive teams. At the same time, gender disadvantages are reduced for women who build social capital in open networks with higher degrees of diversity and information flow. Using large-scale longitudinal data on career profiles of about one million performances by 97,657 film actors in 369,099 film productions between the years 1929 and 2010, I analyze career survival models and interaction effects between gender and different measures of social capital and information openness. Findings reveal that female actors have a higher risk of career failure than do their male colleagues when affiliated in cohesive networks, but women have better survival chances when embedded in open, diverse structures. This study contributes to the understanding of how and what type of social capital can be either a beneficial resource for otherwise disadvantaged groups or a constraining mechanism that intensifies gender differences in career advancement.
Die Berufspädagogik ist als Disziplin gerade im Kontext der Einbindung neuer Technologien in der Arbeitswelt gefordert, Konzepte und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten zu entwickeln und zu erproben, die das ...Lernen und die Kompetenzförderlichkeit durch den Einsatz digitaler Medien im Arbeitsprozess zum Gegenstand haben. Das Projekt «Lernen, Informieren und kompetent Agieren mit Augmented Reality im Arbeitsprozess (LAARA)» setzt sich hierzu mit der Frage auseinander, wie aus didaktisch-methodischer Perspektive die Augmented-Reality-Technologie in der Metallindustrie verwendet werden kann, um die Ausbildung und Qualifizierung von Fachkräften zu unterstützen. Im Fokus steht dabei ein spezieller Biegeprozess für Metallrohre, für den in unterschiedlichen Varianten kontextsensitive Hilfen und Informationsangebote direkt im Arbeitsprozess eingesetzt und evaluiert werden. Der Beitrag stellt das Anwendungskonzept der AR-Technologie vor und skizziert das zugrundeliegende Lernverständnis. Um entsprechende Gestaltungskriterien zu analysieren, werden dabei unterschiedliche Szenarien umgesetzt, die sowohl die Technologie, die Ausgangs-Expertise der Teilnehmenden und die vorhandene Medienaffinität als Unterscheidungsmerkmale für das arbeitsprozessorientierte und mediengestützte Lernen in den Blick nehmen.
Particularly in the context of the implementation of new technologies in the world of work, vocational pedagogy as a discipline is challenged to develop and evaluate concepts and approaches that are coping with learning and addressing the enhancement of competence development in the work process by digital media. The «LAARA»-project tackles the question of how augmented reality technology can be used from a didactic-methodological perspective to support the training and qualification of skilled workers in the metal industry. The focus is set on a special bending process for metal pipes, for which context-sensitive aids and information offers are used and evaluated in different scenarios directly in the work process. The article outlines the application concept of AR technology and the learning approach. In order to analyze the corresponding shaping criteria, different settings are implemented that take into account the technology, the initial expertise of the participants and the existing media affinity as distinctive features for work process-oriented and media-supported learning.

While social inclusion projects have centred on digital technology for a long time now, they have remained silent about educating and empowering children to act as technology makers and shapers, not ...merely passive users. We have organized, together with children, digital technology projects that we now critically examine from the perspective of inclusion/exclusion. The paper shows that in social inclusion projects, there is exclusion taking place in a multitude of forms, shaped by a variety of rules and powers. We use nexus analysis as a theoretical and methodological tool that guides us to study inclusion/exclusion as processes, within which both discourses and concrete actions are to be acknowledged as well as historical and interactional aspects—both at individual level and at the level of social structures. Our study shows that inclusion and exclusion may be intentionally accomplished by children themselves, those may result without any intentional effort because of circumstances and those may also be done for children by various kinds of adults. Although children's empowerment and agency are significant, also adults play a decisive role. Implications for social inclusion and digital technology education research and practice are discussed. Nexus analysis is suggested as a useful means for revealing and managing the complexity involved in social inclusion/exclusion.
