Transformational leadership has gained significant scholarly attention for its potential to impact organizational performance. This study looked at the function of transformational leadership and its ...elements, which include intellectual stimulation, idealized influence, inspirational motivation, and individual consideration, in 20 Judo associations in Morocco. Out of 200 surveys distributed, a multiple regression analysis with a significance threshold of p is less than 0.05 could be performed on 158 of them. Findings indicate that transformational leadership, along with idealized influence and individual consideration, significantly and positively affect organizational performance. However, inspirational motivation and intellectual stimulation do not have a significant impact. It implies that in order to improve organizational performance, leaders should concentrate on idealized influence and individual consideration.
In countries like Bangladesh, people often do not consider sports as a viable career option, which is why they tend to avoid it. However, nowadays people are becoming more advanced in both body and ...mind. In this scenario, the level of social interaction should increase between sports organizations and athletes. The aim of this study is to examine the level of relationship between sports organizations and athletes through empirical research that uses both qualitative and quantitative data. The researchers have collected primary data through face-to-face interviews and focus group discussions from a sample of 102 individuals, including 91 athletes and 11 club authorities. The main outcome of this research is that many social development initiatives were undertaken by sports organizations, which brought all the athletes together and formed an incredible social relationship among them.
“Controlling in sports management is no longer that classic, traditional controlling of the past, as a function of management, controlling must be exercised in a professional way, sustainable ...development being reserved for sports entities that act professionally. Controlling means services for sports management and is a function of sports management. Controllers are the contact persons for all levels of sports management in strategic and operational issues. Controlling is a comprehensive management concept, operating at all levels of the navigation system of the management of sports organizations. By monitoring we mean the continuous and systematic observation and supervision of certain objectives, plans, processes and events. Controlling means: to keep under control a certain situation, to inform through figures on its current status, on events and processes, respectively on their causes, on influencing factors, as well as on (possible) effects and a (could) have initiatives so that management can achieve its goals. The management of sports organizations must act on all levels of management in a goal-oriented, control and information-oriented way, and therefore oriented towards a regulation circuit. A cooperative leadership style is needed, which helps to highlight the competencies and strengths of the employees and to take into account the opinions of the employees from different fields as well as the acceptance of their weaknesses. The persons who have powers in controlling in sports management must match, in turn, through their values, qualities, knowledge and experiences, to the culture of the sports organizations of which they are part.”
The current study addressed one of the most significant issues that faced by high-performance sports organizations, which is not fully benefiting from the applications of artificial intelligence ...techniques. The main problem of the research was to understand the effect of applying artificial intelligence technologies in the management of high-performance sports organizations and the extent of the contribution of applications of artificial intelligence techniques in diagnosing and addressing administrative and technical obstacles in the departments of sports activity and schooling in the General Directorates of Education in the province of Baghdad, with the aim of achieving high performance. In this context, the main objective of the study was to construct a conceptual framework for the implementation of artificial intelligence techniques in high-performance sports organizations, specifically in the sports and school activity departments of the General Directorates of Education in Baghdad province, as a model. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers followed a descriptive approach with an analytical method that suited the nature of the problem. They also conducted an informal exploratory study in the sports and school activity departments, utilizing a questionnaire as the tool for data collection. The study concluded by developing a reliable scale for the application of artificial intelligence technologies in high-performance sports organizations, consisting of five fields: Expert systems, virtual reality, intelligent agents, information technologies, and process automation. The sample size was chosen to be equal to the population to suit the nature of the research. The validity and reliability of this scale have been confirmed through statistical means, such as Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which amounted to 89.7. The five fields of the scale contained twenty-five items. The relative importance of these items ranged between (63-84%). The highest value of relative importance was 84% for the second item from the expert systems field, which states, (expert systems function as a consulting expert for the upper management in the sports and school activity departments to contribute to making correct decisions), whereas the lowest value for relative importance was for the first item from the virtual reality field, which states, (the use of virtual reality in the sports and school activity departments contributes to the acquisition of diverse skills for the employees and works on developing administrative and technical performance)
The strategic alignment allows coordinating objectives, processes, resources, personnel and critical factors in order to make decision making viable, in addition, it allows aligning processes with ...the organization's strategy. The objective of the research is: to evaluate the strategic alignment between the processes and the strategic objectives in the Matanzas Provincial Sports Directorate. Tools such as: brainstorming, Kendall's Method, SWOT Matrix, Hierarchical Analytical Process were used. As results, the calculation of the strategic alignment index were obtained with a value of 7.13 and the index of alignment of relevant processes with 6.46, finding that organization is located in the first quadrant of the matrix, which means that the processes of the sports organization are aligned with the strategic objectives, 11 actions are recommended to mitigate the deficiencies detected and to continue with the deployment of the strategy for the Olympic cycle, which shows that the strategic alignment helps collaboration within the sports organization.

The aim of this work is to analyze emerging terminology in decision-making in Latin American sports organizations. The research constitutes a tool for improving organizational decision-making ...processes, based on the identification of deficiencies and the creation of a model that allows methodological operability based on the needs and potentialities of all the factors involved. The methodology used in this research includes the identification of variables and conceptual categories of the object of study, which are strengthened through bibliometric (Bibliometrix software) and practical analysis. The study focuses on analyzing the decision-making process in Latin American sports organizations using 16 items resulting from bibliometrics, which are tabulated using SPSS 28.0 for reliability analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics, exploratory factor analysis, and hierarchical clustering. The study includes data collected from various sports organizations in Cuba, Venezuela, Ecuador, and Colombia. The researchers identify deficiencies in the decision-making process and propose four quadrants to define the actions needed to improve it. The research instrument includes four dimensions and 15 indicators to measure the performance of decision-making systems, which are evaluated using a Likert scale. The study uses random probability sampling to select the sample, and the results show that the scale used is reliable, with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.987. The results of the factor analysis show that the identified factor explains 89.01% of the total variance, indicating the unidimensionality of the scale.
