This study aims to find out the effectiveness of peer teaching methods through Gadged in lowering student stress levels during pandemics. The subjects of this study were 40 students who had learning ...stress problems. Of the 40 study subjects divided into two groups, namely, 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups. The measuring instrument used in this study is a questionnaire data with student learning stress indicators in the form of 32 statement items to determine the level of learning stress experienced by students. The questionnaire is used as a pre test and post test. Data analysis techniques used are independent techniques of sample t-test using SPSS 16 program. Based on the results of research and discussion about learning stress in students, after being treated with peer teaching method through gadgets showed that the results of the 3rd output (Paired Samples Test) on learning stress variables, obtained Sig value. (2-tailed) = 0.01 in the experiment group and 0.0400 in the control group smaller than 0.05 (0.000 0.05). So it can be concluded that Ha was accepted and H0 rejected.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara stres kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pada bagian produksi di PT Politama Pakindo Ungaran. Penelitian ini ...dilakukan di PT Politama Pakindo Ungaran pada karyawan bagian Finishing dengan jumlah populasinya adalah 148 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 54 karyawan pada bagian finishing dengan teknik purposive sampling dalam pengambilan sampelnya, yaitu dengan menentukan karakteristiknya terlebih dahulu untuk menentukan subjek yang sesuai dengan fenomena yang ditemukan di lapangan. Stres kerja sendiri diukur dengan menggunakan alat ukur psikologi yaitu “The Job Stress Scale” milik Robbins (1996) yang telah dikembangkan oleh penulis dengan total item sebanyak 54 item dan untuk produktivitas kerja sendiri menggunakan data perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis korelasi Pearson yang memperoleh hasil r sama dengan 0,375; p lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara stres kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Politama Pakindo Ungaran yang menandakan bahwa stres kerja beperan besar terhadap produktivitas kerja pada diri karyawan.
The study was conducted on a sample of 62 teachers, including 31 special education students and 31 people in mainstream education, 31 people up to 18 years of age and 31 people with 18 years old ...didactic experience, aged between 27-60 years. The results of the research have allowed us to notice significant differences in stress perception among teachers with less than 18 years of age in mass education compared to teachers in special education. Teachers aged less than 18 years of special education experience stress more than those in mass education. The situation is, however, contrary to the case of teachers over the age of 18 years. In this context psychological intervention programs aimed at overcoming stress are required, taking into account the length of work and the type of education, which would allow the quality of the educational process to be increased.
The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has an impact on athletic athletes, one of which is mental health such as stress. Those activities cause the decreasing intensity of the athlete's ...training and lead to the decreasing athlete's performance in the future. If these continue to happen without good stress management, the stress levels will increase. This study used a quantitative research approach, namely the positivism philosophy research method. It was used to examine certain populations or samples. The research instruments used to collect the data. This study employed a quantitative/statistical data analysis. The type of this research is survey research. Survey research was used to provide a clear boundary about the data to determine the stress level of Central Java PPLP athletic athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used descriptive statistical data analysis techniques with percentages. The results of this study showed that the level stress of PPLP Central Java athletic athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic was in the category of "very low" by 0% (0 people), "low" by 0% (0 people), "enough" by 29% (5 people), “high” by 71% (12 people), and “very high” by 0% (0 people). Based on the results, 75.67% stress level of PPLP Central Java athletes during the Covid-19 pandemic is high.
Bu çalışmada Peritravmatik Stres Envanterinin (PDI) Türkçeye çevrilerek geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 18-65 yaş grubunda yer alan 377 kişi ...oluşturmaktadır. Ölçeğin Türkçe formunun geçerlilik ve güvenirlik analizleri travmatik olay yaşadığını belirten 224 katılımcı üzerinden, karşılaştırma analizleri ise tüm katılımcılar (377) dahil edilerek yapılmıştır. Katılımcılara, PDI Türkçe versiyonunun yanı sıra Demografik Bilgi Formu ve Olayların Etkisi Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Yapılan analizler neticesinde ölçeğin tümü için Cronbach Alpha iç tutarlılık katsayısı .88 olarak belirlenirken olumsuz duygular alt boyutu iç tutarlılık katsayısı .84, algılanan yaşam tehdidi ve fiziksel uyarılma alt boyutu iç tutarlılık katsayısı .80 olarak saptanmıştır. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda CMIN/DF=2.54, GFI=.91, CFI=.91, SRMR=.07 ve RMSEA=.08 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Peritravmatik Stres Ölçeği ile Olayların Etkisi Ölçeği arasında orta düzeyde olumlu yönde (r=46, p<.001) ilişki bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin toplam puanı ve alt boyutları arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde toplam ölçek puanı ile olumsuz duygular arasında r=.92, p<.001; algılanan yaşam tehdidi ve fiziksel uyarılma r=.88, p<.001 düzeyinde olumlu yönde yüksek ilişkinin olduğu görülmektedir. Ayrıca iki alt boyut olan olumsuz duygular ile algılanan yaşam tehdidi ve fiziksel uyarılma r=.62, p<.001 düzeyinde olumlu yönde orta düzeyde ilişki bulunmuştur. PDI Türkçe formunun iç tutarlılığının yüksek bulunması, açımlayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonuçlarının ölçeğin Türkçe formunun yetişkinlik dönemindeki bireyler (18-65 yaş) için geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçme aracı olarak yorumlanmıştır. Veriler, ölçeğin peritravmatik stres belirtilerini değerlendirme konusundaki geçerliliğini destekleyen kanıtlar olarak belirlenmiştir.
Astragaloside-IV (AS-IV) protects the nerve cells of Parkinson's disease (PD) from damage. Long non-coding RNA (lincRNA) has been found to be important for many diseases. Lincnra-p21 is abnormally ...expressed in PD. The purpose of this study was to investigate whether Astragaloside-IV (AS-IV) affects endoplasmic reticulum stress (ERS)-induced neuronal apoptosis in PD, and its possible mechanisms.
The PD mouse model was established via injecting 1-methyl-4-phenyl-1, 2, 3, 6- tetrahydropyridine (MPTP) and the PD cell model was established via inducing the MN9D cell line with 1-methyl-4-pehnyl-pyridine (MPP+). The behavioral testing of PD model mice was tested after AS-IV treatment and PD-related lincRNAs expression were detected by qRT-PCR. After treatment of PD model cells with AS-IV, lincRNA-p21 expression was detected by qRT-PCR, and cell viability and apoptosis were detected by MTT assay and flow cytometry, respectively. The binding of lincRNA-p21 to C/EBP-homologous (CHOP) protein was investigated by RNA immunoprecipitation and RNA pull-down, and the effect of lincRNA-p21 on the ubiquitination of CHOP protein was examined by ubiquitination assay. The role of lincRNA-p21 in PD model was studied by cell transfection.
In PD mice, AS-IV can improve the behavior of mice and significantly inhibit expression of lincRNA-p21. Similarly, AS-IV can obviously restrain the expression of lincRNA-p21 in PD cells, and obviously elevated cell viability and restrained apoptosis. LincRNA-p21 is able to bind to CHOP protein. Further studies showed that restraint of lincRNA-p21 expression can facilitate ubiquitination of CHOP and accelerate its protein degradation. In AS-IV-treated PD model cells, overexpression of lincRNA-p21 lessened cell viability and facilitated apoptosis, whereas low expression of CHOP reversed this result.
In this study, we found that AS-IV can lessen the expression of CHOP protein by restraining the expression of lincRNA-p21 in the PD model, thereby inhibiting neuronal apoptosis.
Human amniotic mesenchymal stem cells (hAMSCs) were previously shown to effectively rescue ovarian function in a premature ovarian insufficiency (POI) mouse model. The therapeutic mechanism of ...hAMSC-derived exosomes (hAMSC-Exos) is not fully understood. In this study, the therapeutic mechanism involved in exosomal microRNA-320a (miR-320a) and Sirtuin 4 (SIRT4) was investigated in POI mouse ovaries oocytes and human granulosa cells (hGCs) by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS), hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and immunofluorescence experiments. hAMSC-Exos improved proliferation, inhibited apoptosis, and decreased the expression of SIRT4 and relative genes in POI hGCs and ovaries. hAMSC-Exos elevated ovarian function and prohibited SIRT4 expression in oogenesis. The therapeutic effects were attenuated when miR-320a was knocked down. hAMSC-Exos decreased the ROS levels in POI hGCs and oocytes and improved ovarian weight and litter size, except for the Exosanti-miR-320a/POI group. Finally, hAMSC-Exos reduced the SIRT4 and ROS levels in POI ovaries and hGCs. The downstream protein expression (ANT2, AMP-dependent kinase AMPK, and L-OPA1) was downregulated in the hGCs-SIRT4KD group but disappeared in the Exosanti-miR-320a/POI group. Our study is the first to illustrate the therapeutic potential of hAMSC-Exos in POI. Exosomal miR-320 plays a key role in the hAMSC-Exos-mediated effects on ovarian function via SIRT4 signaling.

Memelihara hewan diyakini bisa membantu manusia dalam mereduksi tingkat stres. PNS yang memiliki tanggung jawab yang besar baik dalam pekerjaan maupun diluar pekerjaan, membutuhkan koping stres yang ...bisa diperoleh dari interaksi bersama hewan peliharaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara human-animal bond dengan tingkat stres pada PNS yang memiliki hewan peliharaan. Batasan hewan peliharaan dalam penelitian ini yaitu anjing dan kucing. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Terdapat dua alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu Pet Attitude Scale (PAS) yang dikembangkan oleh Templer dan Arikawa (2011) dengan nilai reliabilitas alat ukur 0,857 dan Perceived Stress Scale 10 (PSS-10) yang dikembangkan oleh Cohen (1994) dengan nilai reliabilitas alat ukur 0,804. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling dengan memberikan kriteria khusus (Piyono, 2016). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 42 PNS dengan jabatan struktural yang berdomisili di Sulawesi Utara. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara human animal bond dengan tingkat stres, dengan hasil uji korelasi Spearman (rxy = -0,163) dan nilai signifikansi 0,152 (p>0,05). Tidak adanya hubungan yang ditemukan dapat dipengaruhi oleh kehadiran hewan yang dapat menjadi stresor, persepsi individu terhadap stresor, faktor lingkungan kerja, dan faktor dukungan sosial yang berasal dari orang dan lingkungan sekitar. Dengan demikian, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak.
Pandemi COVID-19 masih dirasakan dampaknya hingga saat ini. Penelitian sebelumnya banyak melaporkan bahwa stres menjadi dampak yang umum terjadi. Lebih spesifik, Stres kerja terjadi pada guru karena ...perubahan pada sistem pembelajaran online selama pandemi COVID-19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana stres kerja guru selama pandemi COVID-19. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 98 guru yang bekerja dalam sistem pembelajaran online. pengumpulan data menggunakan google form karena saat penelitian dilakukan, pemberlakuan physical distancing masih diberlakukan di Indonesia. Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala stres kerja dengan analisis data dekriptif kategorisasi dan crosstab. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa stres kerja guru selama pandemi COVID-19 didominasi kategori sedang dan tinggi. Hasil tabulasi data menemukan perbedaan terkait kategori pada data demografi jenis kelamin. Selain itu ditemukan pula perbedaan terkait kategori pada rentang usia. Pemaparan kategorisasi dan implikasi penelitian ini dibahas secara rinci.
The police officers working at the crime units often face a heavy workload due to the uncertainty of their work hours and the difficult situations they should deal with during their duties in solving ...criminal cases. This can cause them being prone to experience stress due to their exposure to situations that can cause trauma. This study aims to analyze the workload and traumatic stress in police officers serving in the crime units. Subjects involved in this study were 73 officers from eight crime divisions. All subjects were male and are serving their duties in Jakarta. Data were collected using a survey method and analyzed using correlation and a simple linear regression tests. The result shows that most subjects have workload and stress levels in the medium category. The correlation test shows that there is a positive relationship between workload and traumatic among subjects, while the simple linear regression test shows that workload has a significant contribution in predicting the participants’ traumatic stress. This result confirms previous studies which conclude that the workload experienced by police officers impacts on their stress. Key words: Workload, traumatic stress, police officersAbstrak: Anggota kepolisian yang bertugas di bagian unit kriminal sering menghadapi beban kerja yang berat karena harus mengalami ketidakpastian jam kerja dan situasi sulit yang tidak jarang melampaui ambang batas mereka ketika menyelesaikan kasus-kasus kriminal. Hal ini dapat berimplikasi pada kemungkinan terpaparnya para personel polisi dengan situasi traumatik. Hal tersebut menyebabkan polisi yang bertugas di bagian ini rawan mengalami stres. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji beban kerja dan stres traumatik pada anggota kepolisian yang bertugas di unit kriminal. Subjek yang terlibat berjumlah 73 orang berasal dari delapan divisi kriminal. Semua subjek berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan bertugas di Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode survei dengan menyebarkan angket dan dianalisis menggunakan uji korelasi dan uji regresi linier sederhana. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata subjek memiliki beban kerja dan tingkat stres dalam kategori sedang. Hasil uji korelasi menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang positif antara beban kerja dan stres traumatik pada subjek, sedangkan hasil uji regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap stres traumatik subjek. Hasil penelitian ini mengonfirmasi penelitian sebelumnya yang menyimpulkan bahwa beban kerja anggota berdampak pada stres yang dialami.
