This study ...employs a qualitative method. The informants were sociology teachers and students who had learning difficulties. Data for the research was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs qualitative analysis techniques that revolve around data collection, data reduction, and drawing conclusions. According to the findings, the role of the sociology teacher in overcoming learners who have learning difficulties was becoming a source of inspiration, providing motivation, facilitating learning, guiding, and managing classrooms that are comfortable for students to learn in. Furthermore, the factors that cause students to experience difficulties in learning are the decreased interest in learning, the influence of online games, the lack of desire or willingness of students to learn and learning facilities that are inadequate and poorly managed.

(1) Background: The implementation of prayer discipline education at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPA) is not going well. Due to the lack of motivation from within the students and the lack of awareness from within themselves of their obligations as Muslims to establish/perform the five daily prayers a day and night; (2) Methods: This research uses qualitative research with a case study approach. With samples of TPA teachers in the field of worship and morals, and TPA teachers in the field of Al-Qur'an Arts. The research instruments in this study were interview guides, recording devices, writing instruments, and other supporting tools that support the research process; (3) Results: The teacher's role as a motivator in shaping the discipline of santri prayer is to provide support and encouragement, provide assessments, and give awards. While the teacher's role as a mentor is to provide guidance, reprimand and punishment, advice and ibrah/i'tibar. In addition, the teacher's role as a motivator and mentor also applies learning methods, such as exemplary methods, habituation, awareness, and supervision; (4) Conclusion: The teacher's role as a motivator: providing support and encouragement, assessment, and appreciation. We suggest going back a little and see how the role of the teacher changed as the use of digital technologies intensified before the pandemic. This article analyzes the studies devoted to teachers’ experiences in interacting with digital environments, and reviews digital learning systems, environments, and tools. The study found that there are many opportunities, applications, and automated digital environments in the world, but none of them can, to a greater or lesser extent, do without a supervisor, or a teacher. In addition, the paper found that, despite the diversity of digital learning tools, that issues existed related to using such tools by teachers due to the lack of adequate digital competence or even because some teachers tend to have a negative attitude towards this new concept of education. Therefore, sufficient conditions and opportunities should be created for teachers to obtain the required digital competence and to explore the culture of digital technology in education and learning environments to succeed in the subsequent integration of digital technology into the field of education.
This research was carried out at SDN 06 Rejang Lebong in the second semester. The problem identified in this research was the lack of reading and writing skills among lower class students. Aims to ...describe reading errors and writing difficulties in lower grade students and describe the role of teachers in improving reading and writing skills in elementary school students. Using a qualitative approach with the type of research being descriptive. The subjects of this research were the school principal, teacher council, and lower grade teacher. Data collection by observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses three stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Inspection or checking the validity of the data is carried out using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the research show that the forms of reading errors in lower grade students are children's difficulty recognizing the letters of the alphabet, errors in reading each word, and errors in pronunciation of words and use of lip movements. Meanwhile, the forms of writing errors include errors in writing words or sentences and errors in writing numbers. The role of the teacher in improving the reading and writing skills of low grade students includes: (1) the teacher acts as a demonstrator in learning activities, (2) the teacher acts as a class manager, (3) the teacher acts as a learning mediator, (4) the teacher acts as a facilitator in learning (5) )teachers also act as motivators for students. Things that hinder teachers' efforts include student motivation, student interest in learning, students' seriousness in learning and teachers' learning methods that are still contextual, as well as things that support the teacher's role include adequate school facilities and support from the school principal in learning.

The analysis in this study uses qualitative data analysis which can make clear understanding by other people and is presented in writing in the form of a research report, from three strands, namely data reduction, data review and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that teachers play many roles in increasing students' interest in reading. In realizing a good interest in reading, the teacher has his own strategy, namely: (1) providing a stimulus, (2) providing special additional hours for students who are still constrained in reading, (3) creating a new learning atmosphere. The teacher gives freedom during lessons to do learning in the library. (4) understand the character of each learner. (5) providing motivation that reading is a means to broaden knowledge. From the five strategies used by the teacher in increasing students' interest in reading, it can be seen that the teacher acts as an educator, teacher, motivator and innovator. Data collection techniques and instruments, in this case the researcher uses interviews and observations, focused data analysis using the Miles & Huberman model, namely data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are four results obtained, the first is the teacher as a demonstrator, namely mastery of learning material by motivating student learning, the second is the teacher as a class manager, namely creating a learning climate in learning by motivating student learning, the third is the teacher as a mediator and facilitator, namely preparing the syllabus, lesson plans, and learning media, instill a spirit of student learning, and provide motivation in learning, and the fourth teacher as an evaluator is the evaluation results. Barriers experienced by teachers in motivating student learning include the teacher's lack of motivation or encouragement in learning due to the impact of covid-19, the role of the teacher becomes a much needed role in learning in motivating student learning so that students are more diligent and not lazy in learning

The use of IT-based media and collaboration models and games are also used to stimulate students' thinking and thinking. Various teaching models are used to increase student motivation and teachers encourage critical thinking through challenging questions, exploring ideas, and understanding topics. The purpose of this ...research is to analyze the teacher's role in learning management in the talent-based curriculum that has been implemented in the school. The approach used is a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection tools in this study are interviews and observation. The results of the study concluded that the teacher's role in talent-based curriculum management: a) learning planning, which is seen in the preparation of talented lesson plans and syllabus b) implementation of learning as a learning facilitator to control students so they do not make uniform work, and c) assessment of learning outcomes carried out namely the assessment of the competency-based testing system approach. The implications of the research are to be carried out by the SMA INS Kayutanam by conducting professional teacher development in the development of a school-specific curriculum.
