Sammendrag Tidligere studier har antydet at idrettstrenere ikke får sitt behov for læring og kompetanseutvikling tilfredsstilt av formelle utdanningssystemer. Med bakgrunn i dette er målet med denne ...studien å undersøke faktiske og foretrukne læringskilder blant norske trenere. I et strukturert spørreskjema vurderte 510 trenere 19 ulike typer læringskilder på en 7-delt Likert-skala, med utgangspunkt i læringskildens betydning henholdsvis for deres kompetanseutvikling hittil i karrieren, og for deres videre utvikling. Kilder knyttet til kommunikasjon med kolleger og refleksjon rundt egen erfaring ble høyest vurdert. Når læringskildene ble kategorisert som «formelle», «uformelle» eller «selvstyrte», fremsto selvstyrte læringskilder som signifikant viktigere enn formelle og uformelle læringskilder, både for trenernes utvikling hittil i karrieren og for videre utvikling (p < 0,01). Formelle læringskilder ble vurdert som signifikant mindre viktig for videre utvikling, sammenlignet med for utvikling hittil i trenerkarrieren (p < 0,01). Vurderingen av formelle og selvstyrte læringskilders betydning for utvikling hittil i karrieren og for videre utvikling var dessuten signifikant avhengig av nivået trenerne praktiserte på (p < 0,05). Funnene diskuteres i lys av tidligere forskning, og forsøkes sett i et helhetlig perspektiv både når det gjelder trenernes egenutvikling og utdanningsinstitusjonenes rolle i denne sammenheng. Retninger for videre forskning foreslås med utgangspunkt i dette.

The study was based on interviews with coaches with high seniority and the results to be considered surveyed by experts. Respondents' opinions compared with the literature to determine the set of competencies specific to the high-class coaches swimmers.

Streszczenie Usługi świadczone przez trenerów personalnych w Polsce cieszą się coraz większym zainteresowaniem. Sytuacja prawna tej grupy zawodowej jest w Polsce nieuregulowana, co ...stwarza wiele wątpliwości dotyczących kompetencji oraz predyspozycji trenera personalnego. Istotą przedstawionych w pracy badań jest określenie zmian, w zakresie postrzegania kompetencji trenera, zachodzących na przestrzeni ostatnich lat. Badania wykonano w roku 2009 i powtórzono w roku 2015 w klubach fitness mieszczących się na terenie województwa dolnośląskiego. W badaniach wzięło udział 240 ankietowanych, w tym 72 kobiety i 168 mężczyzn. Wynika badań wskazują, że na przestrzeni lat, liczba osób korzystających regularnie z usług trenera wzrosła prawie dwukrotnie. W istotny sposób wzrosła liczba osób dla których zawód trenera łączy się z coraz lepszą oceną społeczną i jego autorytet stale rośnie. 67,5% badanych uważa, że trener powinien być mocno zbudowany i mieć mieszane cechy osobowości. Abstract Services provided by personal trainers in Poland are becoming more popular. The legal situation of this professional group in Poland is unregulated, which creates many doubts about the competence and suitability personal trainer. The essence of the work presented in the study is to determine the changes in terms of perception of competence coach, taking place in recent years. The research was conducted in 2009 and repeated in 2015 in fitness clubs coming in Lower Silesia. The study involved 240 respondents, including 72 women and 168 men. Research results indicate that over the years, the number of people regularly using the services of a coach nearly doubled. The significant number of people for whom the profession of coaching combined with better and better assessment of the social and his authority continues to grow. 67.5% of respondents think that the coach should be well built and have mixed personality traits.

Prawo dotyczące tej grypy zawodowej w Polsce nie jest uregulowane, co stwarza ...wiele wątpliwości dotyczących jakości ich kwalifikacji. Obowiązująca ustawa o sporcie z dnia 25 czerwca 2010 roku m.in. zrównała wymogi dla trenerów i instruktorów, wykluczyła wymóg ukończenia studiów wyższych oraz wyłączyła procedurę ubiegania się o zgodę ministra właściwego do spraw kultury fizycznej na prowadzenie specjalistycznych kursów trenerskich i instruktorskich.Celem artykułu było zbadanie odczuć samych instruktorów fitness oraz trenerów personalnych dotyczących obecnej ustawy o sporcie. Badania przeprowadzono we wrocławskich klubach fitness, w których wzięło udział 100 ankietowanych. AbstractThe popularity of the work as a fitness instructor and personal trainer in our country continues to grow. Right about this flu in Poland is not regulated, which creates a lot of concerns about the quality of their qualifications. The existing law on sport of 25 June 2010 requirements for trainers and instructors, excluded the requirement of graduate and cut off the procedure of applying for consent to the competent Minister of physical culture to carry out specialized trainer courses and instructor.The aim of the article was to examine the experience of the same fitness instructors and personal trainers on the current law on sport. The research was conducted in various fitness clubs, involving 100 respondents.
