  • "Left" in American management theory from the viewpoint of imitation in new democracies of Central and Eastern Europe

    "Left" is not to easy to define. But its definition is needed by "New democracies" of Central an Eastern Europe right now. Our analysis if the ecolutionary processes in the "Old democracies", ... especially USA, considers the evolution of market (toward the modern 'state supported buyers' market'), of democracy (toward the modern 'wholistic democracy'), of management style (toward one based on creativity of the many), and their objective background, i. e. the evolution of production technology (toward the 'science and information intensive one'). It says, that the purchasing of social responsibility by involvement of more and more people into this process and into the process of their taking care of themselves on the basis of a wholistic thinking - be called left, and modern. 7 S, 7 F and 7 learnable craracteristics of the said evolutionary process should be imitated by the 'New Democracies'.
