Ned Pettus Jr. is recommending that the safety director fire Battalion Chief Wesley Fullen after Fullen refused to answer the questions of an attorney investigating the Fire Prevention Bureau. Jack Reall said, Fullen did agree later to be interviewed by Pamela Krivda. "I don't know what caused him to change his mind," Reall said. In her interview with Krivda, Yolanda Arnold accused a lieutenant of stealing a log book that could have shed light on problems within the bureau. But a fire inspector and a civilian employee whom Arnold said witnessed the theft said they never saw or claimed to have seen it happen.
