Varjenje z gnetenjem (FSW) aluminijeve zlitine za preoblikovanje [Elektronski vir]

Izdelana je bila obširna raziskava varjenja z gnetenjem (Friction Stir Welding) 4 mm debele aluminijeve zlitine (AlMg4,5Mn, Al 5083) v sočelnem spoju. Testirali smo FSW varjenje po planu preizkusov, ...kjer smo pri konstantnem nagibnem kotu (2°) varilnega orodja, spreminjali vrtljaje vretena od 200 obr/min - 1250 obr/min, hitrost varjenja (podajanje) od 71 mm/min do 450 mm/min ter velikost reže med varjencema od 0 mm - 0,75 mm. Iz testnih varjencev smo izrezali nestandardni epruveti za natezni test v vzdolni smeri varjenja in prečno na smer varjenja ter vzorec za analizo mikrostrukture in merjenje trdote. Parametri FSW varjenja vplivajo na mikrostrukturo in mehanske lastnosti vara. Pri varjenju tanjših pločevin v enem koraku je potrebno paziti na širino reže, saj prevelika reža negativno vpliva na oblikovanje dobrega vara.
