    Information and communication technology (ICT) is a significant part of the lives of today’s youth; therefore, we can hardly avoid its usage in the educational process. If it is effective, creative ... and individually centred, it can immensely improve the quality of educational activities. At the same time, we cannot overlook the potential negative influence of in extending the borders of youth socializing. Cyberbullying certainly is among the most serious consequences of this extension. Compared to traditional bullying, cyberbullying is a later phenomenon that comes with unique dilemmas and problems. The purpose of this article, based on many contemporary studies about cyberbullying, is to stress those issues about which need to be particularly careful. Knowing the cyberbullying dilemmas or problems that arise in theory and practice in connection can be valuable assistance in actually recognizing violence in practice, in formulating guidelines for its prevention and for appropriate intervention.
