Assessment of magnetic fluid losses with calorimetric measurement [Elektronski vir]

Magnetic fluid subjected to high frequency magnetic field shows considerable heating effect, caused by losses mechanisms. Experimental assessment of magnetic fluid specific absorption rate (SAR) is ...determine with calorimetric measurement using improved measurement system, where some improvements have been introduced for thermal insulation in regards to the known systems. Results of SAR values are presented for applied magnetic field strenght of amplitude 0.5-3.5 kA/m and frequencies 50-200 kHz.
