Numerical analysis of dynamic behaviour of flow in a Pelton turbine [Elektronski vir]

The paper presents the numerical analysis of a flow in a 2 jet Pelton turbine. Analysis was performed by ANSYS CFX-10.0 computer code. k-▫$\omega$▫ SST turbulence model was used. Free surface flow ...was modeled by two phase homogeneous model. The analysis was divided into two parts. The steady state analysis of the flow in the distributor and injectors including the jets was performed first. The second step was unsteady analysis of the runner.
