Uporabnost sistemskega modela za zmanjševanje škodljive rabe alkohola na delovnem mestu = Use of a systemic model to cut the harmful consumption of alcohol at work
This contribution presents a systemic way of drafting an alcohol policy in a specific work environment that can be adapted to the size and basic activitiesof a company as well as with the level of ...funding a company is prepared to invest for this purpose. Policy drafting is based on the results of surveys and workshops on three different topics: "What everyone should knowabout alcohol", "Your company and alcohol", and "Alcohol policy in your company". It is a result of joint work of departments responsible for safety-at-work, occupational medicine, personnel and social affairs, as well as trade unions. The Project Manager gives information to all levels (top executives, managers, those implementing the programme), provides professionalsupport in identifying the actual, state of affairs, helps in drafting internal acts on implementing alcohol policy, preparing instru*tions for the work of competent departments and in small and middle-sized groups, offers advice on stress management programmes, personal counselling and assistance, refers to medical treatment, and helps in assessing the performance of proposed measures. In carrying out the programme, the Project Manager protects persona! data as well as data about the organisation, and ensures that the programmes applied are regularly evaluated. Two cases are presented, each involving different motifs for alcohol policy measures.
