Taking into consideration the "The European eHealth action plan" and "Strategyof development of the Slovene health care information system eHealth"we wanted to present the proposal of possibility of ...using the uniform information system of reporting in the health care service. A use of proper existing information and communication technology as an instrument providing unified way of data and information transfer - from gathering and analyzing topreserving health care data -, access to the data base and cooperation of all the health care system entities is anticipated in the conception. It is projected the existing solutions to be step by step functionally extended; standard and typical fields to be adapted and combined. Due to the flexibilityand fast modification, it will follow the national strategy of the development of the health care information system, as it is based in the activities already now compatible and adapted to the information system of theuser/reporter.
