Eliciting mental models of the bibliographic universe using the comparison task

The paper presents the third part of a study into individuals' mental models of bibliographic universe. The participants had to compare pairs of publications and discuss their substituability. ...Results are briefly summarized. It was found that methodology employed worked well and that on average participant's mental models are close to the Functional Requirements for Bibliographic Records conceptual model.
