Odnos pomeđu pretpriemački i gradežen dogovor - definicija na gradežen dogovor

ǂThe ǂpurpose of this article is determination of legal nature of typical contract for work and building contract as subdivision of contract of work. Because of the specific nature of building ...contract especially its particular characeristic, special rules where developed. The article analyzes responsibility for stability of construction, supervision of work and control over quality of goods, deviation from project documentation, necessary unpredictable work and rules to determinate and change price. Because the classification of certain actual relation under the building contact or contract for work depends on responsibility of the performer for stability of construction, business practice requires the seeking of adequate distinguishing indexes with the purpose of placing legal relations under particular types of contract.
