Internal oxidation of rapidly solidified ternary copper alloys. Part I, A new model of dispersoids formationAnžel, Ivan, inženir metalurgije in materialov ; Kneissl, Albert C. ; Kosec, LadislavDie Kombination von Rascherstarrung und innerer Oxidation könnte für die Erzeugung von oxiddispersionsverfestigten (ODS) Legierungen auf Kupfer - Basise eingesetzt werden, wobei die Verfestigung ... durch stabile oxide von Legierungelementen mit niedriger Löslichkeit bewirkt wird. Ein zu hoher Gehaltan diesen Elementen (> 1 At.-%) führt allerdings zu nicht ausreichender Kornfeinung während der Rascherstarrung. Daher läßt sich auf diese Weise nur ein geringer Volumenanteil (< 3 Vol.-%) ausnützen. Zur Lösung dieses Problems wurde neues Modell entwickelt, welches die Bildung von Dispersoiden bei der inneren oxidation rasch erstarrter ternärer Legierungen beschreibt. Bei der hier präsentierten Modellierung bilden sich die Oxidteilchen unter Umhüllung einer Oxidphase durch eine zweite. Die Modellsysteme bestehen aus dem Grundmetall und Oxiden eines gut löslichen und eines weniger gut löslichen Elements. Die zunächst gebildeten, in großer Zahl vorliegenden oxide des gut löslichen Elements sorgen einerseits aufgrund ihrere großen Zahl für gute Dispersionsveestigung und wirken anderseits auch als Keime fürAusscheidung deszweiten Oxids. Mit dieser Methode von heterogener Keimbildung und Keimwaschstum einer zweiten Oxidphase, die sowohl thermisch stabil als auch vorzüglich zum Verankern von Versetzungen geignet ist, auf einer gebildeten Oxidphase mit weniger günstigen Eigenschaften läßt sich ein hoher Volumenanteil von thermisch stabilen und daher für die Festigkeit nützlichen Dispersoiden erzielen.Source: Zeitschrift für Metallkunde : international journal of materials research. - ISSN 0044-3093 (Bd. 90, Heft 8, 1999, str. 621-629)Type of material - article, component partPublish date - 1999Language - englishCOBISS.SI-ID - 4718358
