Agilni razvoj kompleksnih fizičnih izdelkov

Današnji hitro se razvijajoči in spreminjajoči trg narekuje nenehne spremembe konstrukcijskih zahtev tekom razvojnega procesa nekega izdelka. Če se razvojne ekipe tem spremembam niso zmožne ...prilagoditi ali jih ne upoštevajo bo to na koncu vodilo do izdelka, ki ga bo trg slabo sprejel. Kako bo sprememba zahtev vplivala na razvojni proces je odvisno od kompleksnosti izdelka in razvojne faze v kateri se sprememba zahtev pojavi. Principi agilnosti in metode, ki te principe upoštevajo pomagajo pri uspešnem uvajanju sprememb v procesu razvoja izdelka. V prispevku so podane smernice za razvoj kompleksnih fizičnih izdelkov z upoštevanjem principov agilnosti. Smernice so bile postavljene na podlagi kritičnega pregleda razvojnega procesa pogona e-kolesa, ki je v letu 2020 prejel zlato priznanje za inovativnost s strani GZS.
