Quality of service driven autonomous supply chain management [Elektronski vir]

The purpose of this research is to build a quality of service driven autonomous supply chain management framework using a specific type of autonomous agents that act as different types of nodes ...within our supply chain. In logistics, scalable and flexible information dissemination solutions are considered crucial. Hence, the ultimate goal is to improve the quality of service among nodes, especially in relations between a customer and a supplier, which are considered vital for supply chain existence and as source of trust. In this article we present an autonomous supply chain node model to illustrate the novel concept - how this source of trust between supply chains partners (autonomous agents) is to be achieved.
