Natural risk management in distribution power system of Republic of Slovenia [Elektronski vir]

In the study, standards and risk catalogues of distributors have been identified, and analysis of reliability indicators of the power supply was made. Distributors who use standards for risk ...management have lower average indicators and lower indicators due to reasons of force majeure; natural risks are rarely represented in risk catalogues; distributors with more fragmented risk catalogue possess lower indicators; bad weather conditions raise the value of reliability indicators, where duration of interruptions is more affected then frequency. The results tend to integrate the level of reliability into risk management and to standardize reliability indicators at the European level.
