    Turbulent business environment with constant changes and challenges is forcing organizations to take actions that will allow them to become more manoeuvrable and more flexible. Long-term and holistic ... approach to employee development is vital for achieving the performance of individuals and of the organization as a whole. This paper aims to explore the linkages between the individual constructs of the conceptual model on individual performance management of employees. The research was performed on the sample of Slovenian service sector companies.
