Prosody feature analysis of emotional speech

Feature extraction of emotional speech has been performed to measure difference between all emotions, which are defined in MPEG-4 FAP (facial animation parameters) standards. Recorded database ...includes two neutral utterances, disgust, surprise, joy, fear, anger and sadness. Two professional actors (male and female) recorded the Database in Slovenian language. Statistical analysis was performed over high level features (average F0, F0 range, average of DF0,..., average energy, average energy of vocals,..., word rate, syllable rate,...) which are derived from low level features (fundamental frequency (F0), energy, duration of phonemes). Fundamental frequency was measured bu laryngograph, computation of energy and duration of phonemes was performes by automatic tools.
It was not necessary to add the material to the shelf.
