Value analysis in insurance business [Elektronski vir]

In the paper our experience and lessons learned using Value Analysis in damage claim processing in insurance business are described. The main contribution of the paper is to show that Value Analysis ...is a valuable tool also for non-production oriented business processes, which insurance companies surely are. The use of Value Aanalysis in damage claim processing offers a better efficiency, productivity, enhanced reactivity and quality of the business process.
