Analiza vzroka za pojav razpoke na orodju za tlačno litje aluminija : zaključna naloga Univerzitetnega študijskega programa I. stopnje Strojništvo - Razvojno raziskovalni program

Ob pojavu razpok na nekonvencionalno izdelanem gravurnem vložku na orodju za tlačno litje aluminija, je bilo treba pregledati literaturo in analizirati možne mehanizme, ki vplivajo na iniciacijo ...razpoke, propagacijo razpoke in lom vložka. Da bi ugotovil poglavitne vzroke za odpoved gravurnega vložka, sem pregledal literaturo o poškodbenih mehanizmih prisotnih v tlačnem litju, pojavu razpok, mehanskimi lastnosti zaradi izdelovalnega postopka SLM in postopkih reparaturnega varjenja. Za zagotovitev ustreznejšega reparaturnega postopka sem podjetju predlagal izboljšavo, z vpeljavo hibridnega procesa. Predlagana kombinacija odrezavanja in aditivne tehnologije DED, bi lahko zagotovila ekonomsko učinkovitejši vzdrževalno - reparaturni postopek.
