Izračun dejavnikov in kazalnikov neprekinjenosti napajanja (2018-2020) za regulacijo kakovosti oskrbe : študija št. 2518 : verzija 2.0

The study presents the collection of network data (share of cable network, looping rate calculation, feeder lengths, power density calculation) and environmental data (storms, lightening, terrain ...structure, wood landing and wind analysis) as well as reliability indexes (SAIDI in SAIFI) for the 5 distribution companies for the period 2018-2020. The weights for the impact factors are proposed. The new reference curve was calculated on the basis of EU energy agency data from 2016 report for several countries for the level of the cable share rating. On the basis of data from Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) the referenced index for SAIDI and SAIFI was calculated for Slovenian distribution companies. The calculation of base level of network continuity of supply and impact factors will be used for the purpose of upright regulation of quality of supply for the next regulation year 2022.
