Implikacije Incoterms-termina 2000.DDU u vanjskotrgovinskoj praksi

By using Incoterms-term in sales contracts the trade between exporter and importer has been significantly eased. Besides regulating the seller's and buyer's obligations it also regulates other ...participant's obligations. In this paper the characteristics and the specific use of DDU Incoterms-term are analysed. Hypothetical examples of the use of DDU are elaborated and useful advice to exporters and importers for the implementation of CIP are also stated.
