Quality assurance in production of dry shotcrete mixtures

Introduction of quality assurance system of dry shotcrete mixture production is described, as well as some obtained test results are discissed. Three main items are debated: performance of the mixer ...determined by a series of uniformity tests, the program of control tests, which includes three groups of tests, and discussion of results. The main goal of the paper is to show introduction of the quality assurance system, therefore discussion of control test results of grading and compressive strength of only one dry shotcrete mixture with common mix proportion without any cementitious materials are given in the paper.
