    Even the organized invention-innovation projects succeed in under 5%. Nurturing champions of innovation and entrepreneurship should increase success rate. Measuring of outcomes of the ... invention-innovation processes is necessary and difficult: very many impacts are networking in synergies and very interdependent. Authors discuss measures as influences over the invention-innovation activity/process and measures measuring results of influences over measures enhancing innovation. Impacts of managers and other preconditions with indirect influences matter; so do final achievements. Measuring final achievements or tangible inputs is not enough.
