Razvoj nanovlaken na osnovi hitosana in alginata za celjenje ran = Development of chitosan and alginate based nanofibers for wound healing : univerzitetni študijski program Industrijska farmacijaKrampelj, BetkaOskrba ran, vključno z oblogami za oskrbo ran, je hitro razvijajoče se področje znanosti. Novejši pristopi za oskrbo ran stremijo k neinvazivnim, učinkovitim tehnikam in materialom, ki zagotavljajo ... ustrezno zaščito rane in mikrookolje v njej, da se ta čim prej zaceli. Take lastnosti imajo tudi obloge na osnovi nanovlaken, hkrati pa so strukturno podobne elementom zunajceličnega ogrodja, kar je še ena izmed prednosti tovrstnega materiala pri celjenju ran. V magistrski nalogi smo se osredotočili na izdelavo biokompatibilnih, v vodi stabilnih nanovlaken iz alginata ali hitosana v kombinaciji s polietilenoksidom, ki smo jih pripravili z elektrostatskim sukanjem. Namen je bil ugotoviti, kako koncentracija posameznih polimerov v raztopini za elektrostatsko sukanje vpliva na procesne parametre pri elektrostatskem sukanju in morfološke lastnosti nanovlaken. Slednje smo ovrednotili s svetlobno in vrstično elektronsko mikroskopijo. Ugotovili smo, da so bile raztopine hitosana z dodatkom polietilenoksida manj procesibilne od raztopin natrijevega alginata z dodatkom polietilenoksida. Iz slednjih smo pripravili morfološko ustrezna nanovlakna iz bolj koncentrirane polimerne raztopine (4,5 %) kot iz raztopin hitosana (3,5 %). Procesibilnost je bila odvisna tudi od molekulske mase uporabljenega polietilenoksida, za katero smo ugotovili, da je izmed preizkušenih (400 kDa, 900 kDa in 2000 kDa) najbolj ustrezna 2000 kDa. Proučevali smo tudi vpliv sestave nanovlaken na njihovo obstojnost v vodi, tako da smo objektna stekelca z vzorci nanovlaken potapljali v petrijevke z vodo, zatem pa jih analizirali s svetlobnim mikroskopom. Nanovlakna iz polimerne mešanice hitosan-polietilenoksid so bila bolj obstojna kot tista iz polimerne mešanice natrijev alginat-polietilenoksid. Ugotovili smo, da uporabljena metoda za določanje obstojnosti nanovlaken v vodi ni ustrezna, zato je v nadaljevanju raziskav smiselno razviti novo ali obstoječo ustrezno prilagoditi.Type of material - master's thesis ; adult, seriousPublication and manufacture - Ljubljana : [B.
