Model nastanka zvezne oksidne pregrade v notranjih oksidiranih srebrovih zlitinah = Model of the formation of continuous oxide barrier in internally oxidized Ag based alloysBezjak, JožicaPri binarni zlitini Ag-Zn smo ugotovili, da je nastala zvezna pregrada pri temperaturah oksidacije nad 800 °C, ki je popolnoma ločila cono notranje oksidacije od neoksidiranega dela vzorca. Na ... določeni globini je nastala nekaj deset mikronov debela lamela iz ZnO kvadratnih oblik. Meritve so pokazale, da je oddaljenost oksidnega pasu od površine obratno sorazmerna s koncentracijo Zn v zlitini. Pri temperaturi 830 °C je bila po 50 urah pri zlitini s 6,4 % Zn oddaljena več kot 50 mikronov od površine, pri zlitini s 5 % Zn, pa približno še enkrat dlje v globino. Pri naših raziskavah smo ugotovili, da pri dovolj odebeljeni in kompaktni oksidni pregradi (čas žarjenja nad 36 ur), kjer je difuzija cinkovih kationov hitrejša od nasprotno usmerjenega toka kisikovih ionov, da raste oksidna pregrada na zunanji strani hitreje kot na notranji. To potrjujeta v nekaterih primerih morfologija glavne oksidne pregrade, kjer je vidna rast na zunanji strani pregrade in izračuna aktivacijske energije. Po izdelanem modelu oksidacija poteka tako, daatomi Zn iz zlitine na notranji fazni meji disociirajo in nato raztapljajo v intersticijah oksida. Zaradi obstoječega koncentracijskega gradienta cinkovih ionov, ki skupaj z elektroni e? potujejo na zunanjo fazno mejo, kjer se porabljajo pri reakciji nastanka novega ZnO. Pri tem narašča na zunanji fazni meji oksidna pregrada, prebiti atomi Ag pa z notranje fazne meje difundirajo v notranjost zlitine. S pomočjo kemijske analize smo ugotovili, dav primeru, ko ni omogočen prehod prebitih atomov Ag na mesta, iz katerih so oddifundirali skupaj z elektroni e[na]{-} preko oksidnih pregrad ZnO, se na teh mestih pojavijo pore (Kirkendallov efekt).Source: Program in knjiga povzetkov = Program and book of abstracts (Str. 99)Type of material - conference contributionPublish date - 2007Language - slovenian, englishCOBISS.SI-ID - 650410
