Design of a new programming languages is a hard, responsible and expensive procedure. Proper selection of a programming language is crucial for the reduction of development cost. An error in design ...or implementation can increase development costs of a software product. Main motivation for the development of a new programming language is the cost reduction of software development. This can be observed in the development of domain-specific language (DSL). How to design a new programming language? Unfortunately there is no common procedure for quality design of programming languages. In the paper an approach of breaking languages into reusable entities is presented on general-purpose, strongly typed, object-oriented programming language and domain-specific aspect-oriented language.
