    In this work author presents laboratory results of antimicrobic efficiency of disinfection tested on the basis of active chlorine, quart. amon. compounds and peroxiacetic acid used in food-processing ... industry. Results show that tested disinfectant are effective in the usual concentrations used in food-processing industry.
