Vseživljenjsko učenje kot predpogoj za vzajemen uspešen karierni razvoj posameznika in organizacijeBlažič, Mojca, karierni menedžmentSredišče našega opazovanja je karierni menedžment. Razpravo gradimo na predpostavki, da je razvoj kariere nenehen usklajevalni proces med delovno organizacijo in posameznikom, v katerem sta ... posameznik in organizacija partnerja v širjenju znanja, spretnosti, kompetenc in vedenj za izpolnjevanje trenutnih in bodočih delovnih nalog. Vedenje o kariernih sposobnostih menedžerjev je še posebej dragoceno, saj omogoča nadaljnji vpogled v način, kako se razvijajo, kako jim lahko pri tem pomagamo in kako lahko s samorefleksijo kariernega razvoja uspešneje izvajajo tudi temeljno nalogo, tj. skrb za razvoj zaposlenih na vseh ravneh organizacije. Zato mora ustrezen model kariernega razvoja odražati kompleksnost in večdimenzionalno naravo kariere in zmožnost prilagajanja sodobnemu dinamičnemu poslovnemu okolju.
