    Study case is shoving us needs, strains and harmfulness at the asphalt construction worker working place in five years period. Paper discusses the necessary health care requirements enforced by the ... employer onto his employeesas defined in the Article 16 of new Law on Occupational Safety and Health Code. Risk assessment practical methodical approaches on the basis of analyses and health assessment are shown. Data as desribed is collected: description of asphalt construction worker job, task descriptions, strain descriptions, skill needs and risk assessment analyse. Measures to improve working conditions are shown and recommendations for personal protective equipment are suggested.
