    The most frequent emergency cases in abdomen and scrotum, wich require immediate and efficient diagnostic, are described in this paper. This work describes the initial diagnostics approach using ... imaging methods, that is diagnostics which is limited to emergency departement. Due to the well known advantages of ultrasound, such as the ability of its performance anywhere, without special preparation and additional risk for the patient, it is in the framework of emergency departement in most cases the imaging method of choice,in majority cases alone and sometimes in the combination with x-rays. In certain cases it is due to its physical properties unuseful (for example inthe search for free air in the case of perforation of shallow organ, hemorrage into digestive tube).
