  • Enhancing benefits and green energy knowledge through the GRASPINNO Living Lab approach [Elektronski vir]
    Marksel, Maršenka ...
The GRASPINNO Living Labs (LL) integrate research and innovation processes and create a user-oriented open innovation ecosystem that strengthens cooperation and networking of stakeholders, while also ... stimulating innovations on the green energy market. This paper deals with the evaluation analysis of GRASPINNO LL and its contributions, mainly the benefits gained and the knowledge improved. The design of this evaluation approach rests on case studies from six different countries: Greece, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Cyprus, which addresses various topics such as electronic Green Public Procurement (eGPP), funding and mentoring, green policies, electricity consumption, and energy management. The primary objective of this paper is to present an approach for the evaluation of the LL, based on a technical survey that includes (1) level of satisfaction of participating actors, (2) benefits gained by participating in the LL, (3) general knowledge of green policies, mentoring, funding, green public procurement, the LL concept, and (4) the level of knowledge on specific topics of the LL. To accurately evaluate the results of the LL, a survey of 86 participants was made to evaluate the knowledge before and after the establishment of the LL. The results of the evaluation indicate that through the LL participants gained benefits, including the opportunity to co-create novel solutions, strengthen cooperation, the possibility to exchange experiences/concerns and to develop a more positive attitude towards green (sustainable) growth.
