    Stefan Mitrov Ljubiša and Fran Levstik. - In the work belonging to the studieson the comparative literature connections, the author particulary points out the possibility o a parallel interpretation ... of Levstik's Martin Krpan and Ljubiša's Kanjoš Macedonović, emphasizing that both writers in their stories use a past event, they use the same form of the story, the refer to the nationality of their texts, that in both cases a foreign tyrant invades the empire and the both authors write about an anonymous man resisting the invasion. It is emphasized that the literary critics, which carefully observed Ljubiša's and Levstik's writings, noticed their essential values which can be comparatively presented.
