    Skin diseases of the perianal and anal region cannot be separated from other skin diseases. Clinical picture and course of such disease can be inconvenientdue to the anatomical and physiological ... specificity of the region.Itching is usually the major symptom. Bacterial and fungal agents are among most important causes. Medical treatment of these infections is usually problematic. Viral and parasitic diseases of the perianal region are often in connection with sexual behaviour of the patients an they are of special epidemiological importance. The therapeutic effect is always unsure. Non-infective skin changes and diseases in the perianal and anal region dependon life and hygienic stile and from metabolic diseases. They can also bea part of other skin diseases. Patients co-operation and interdisciplinary diagnostic and treatment modalities are crucial for successful solution of thedisease in the perianal an anal region.
