    Hydraulic fluid is one of the most important component of the hydraulic system, as it directly affects the proper functioning of the whole hydraulic system. It helps transmit power and signals, ... lubricates all tribological parts, cools hydraulic system and prevents corrosion. To satisfy the basic requirements given above, the various physicochemical properties must remain within certain limits - therefore we have to monitor, evaluate and display the signals from sensors using a specially developed on-line condition monitoring system. Besides displaying data on-line via internet browser, the data is also logged and periodically sent to user, as well in case when the observed values have been exceeded. Additionally, paper focuses on practical test to investigate and determine the sensitivity and the reliability of the system on practical application conditions.
