  • Methodological and didactic aspects of E-um project

    Not only teaching with the use of modern technology, but a valuable analysis of any teaching project can not bypass the fundamental questions which educational science has referred to through ... learning theories. E-learning portfolios are therefore evaluated theoretically via learning theories and empirically. The effect of E-um portfolios on two main participants: students and teachers is discussed. E-um materials support learning through cognitive, metacognitive and effective channel by functioning as a real world interface, as a knowledge representation tool, as a cognitive scaffold, as a feed back engine and as a stimulator of self-regulated learning. We finish by a discussion of a productive evaluation, which is to give an objective view of the project's quality and directive for its improvement in the future.
