  • Psyhological violence and ecology of consciousness in the working environment

    The purpose of this research is to contribute in raising awareness of employers at the time of voracious neo-liberalism and redundancies to ask how changes in society (forgiveness, increasing ... productivity etc.) affect the worker's self-esteem and an individual who was not fired and the entire system of work organization. Based on the method of psychological observation the research has been performed in the institutions of public administration Ministry of Defence for 15 years. The foundings of the research group was following: At the workplace there are two main types of maltreatment: the word torture when an individual victamizes subordinate worker and horizontal psychological violence, which is working in an organization often occurs within a group. I also found two types of unprovoked psychological violence: a) knowingly hiding a certain information and monopoly over information; b) cynical and jealous behavior and hypocrisy of individual managers and workers.
