    In teaching art to young children, spatial (architectural) design is usually one of the neglected art fields. In light of the activities at preschool level being closely intertwined, while there are ... no temporal relations among individual art fields due to objective reasons, we tried using a case study to research the possibilities of including spatial design in other art fields. We planned and implemented a thematic unit - architectural space in which children became acquainted with architectural space in different art fields (drawing, painting, graphic design, sculpting and spatial design). Our findings indicate that spatial design can easily be included in different artistic activities thus providing children with new experiences and stimulating the experience of architectural space.
